I used to live in Memphis, Tennessee. At the Orpheum Theatre, there is a ghost of a little girl who died tragically after getting hit by a carriage. Now, I live in South Carolina, home of the Gray Man of Pawleys Island. Legend has it, a man on horseback was on his way to meet with his fiancee before he fell off of his horse and drowned in the marshes. His fiancee was heartbroken and was even taken to Charleston for help. Not long after leaving, a hurricane hit Pawleys Island, killing many inhabitants. Miraculously, the fiancee's home was left untouched. Now, whom ever has seen the Gray Man, not only it means a great storm is approaching but also whoever saw him, their homes will be safe. There are even accounts of this during Hurricane Hugo and Florence.

I'm from Rogersville, which is like 30 minutes west of Kingsport. I've been through sensebaugh tunnel and walked through the smaller one(which I could put my life on the fact that we heard something run at us before we bolted out) and did a midnight walk near the Rotherwood mansion down on the water front. Its definitely a creepy atmosphere.

Okay so I live in Tennessee and one story I personally think should be noted is the birthday house in Bristol Tennessee. There is a lot of urban legends here but this one is about a little girl that killed her whole family because they forgot her birthday. And with there blood she wrote ,”happy birthday” on the side of the house. Even with washing off the blood the writing kept coming back. They eventually just tore down the house where it supposedly happened. However, I personally can’t remember what happened to the little girl 😇
