can’t train remotely for a fight mate, i cN help with programs and nutrition but i can’t physically get you in shape , sparring, etc. your best option is to hit some local boxing clubs and work with the trainers there and see what you like / fits well

Guys, go to a gym and learn from a real coach not a personal trainer! You can’t learn boxing from KZread.

😂 thanks for taking the time to comment, just fyi; it’s 2024 mate, youtube is probably the biggest learning platform that exists, and also fyi: the channel is predominantly aimed at coaches and those (or aspiring to be) in the fitness industry who use boxing with clients, but thanks for letting me and everyone know, ill take the channel down now and stop doing videos and all the people that have commented about how much it’s helped their coaching, careers, family etc eill just have to find a gym instead, have a great weekend 👊🏻
