Is one variation to put your leg on the outside of your opponent's leg, instead of the inside? Or is that a different name?

I have a question. Does every competitor have to have/buy for himself two judogis - white and a blue one - or he can choose, if he wants to compete in just one colour, for example in blue, because he likes blue? How does it work?

In tournaments, it will depend of where he is in the contest sheets. Every athlete must have a blue and a white judogi, because in the contest, according to the sheet, one judoka will always be in white, and the other in blue. First athele to appears in the contest sheet: white judogi, second blue, and so it goes.

O-uchi-gari, inside. O-soto-gari for example, from outside of the leg.
