@@MVPMUZIC Pete had a pretty solid 8 yrs (approximately) in the 70s. Hondo, like Bing and Frazier, excelled thru about 75'.

If we're talking 70s Dr J and showing only ABA highlights then it should say 3x ABA MVP, 3x scoring champion and 2x ABA champion and Finsls MVP. That's aside from his 1 NBA MVP and Championship, and 30,000 + combined points.✌

The NBA needs to respect the games played, stats and accomplishments of the ABA and recognize them officially, formally and thoroughly as all-time NBA records. There is no ABA to threaten the NBA's "singularity" anymore, nonsensical as that always has been. Indeed, the stats of the first few years of the NBA were included though technically under another league name.

Good list,I guessed 7 out of 10....Paul Westfall,Bob McAdoo,Bill Walton,Tiny Archibald,could be in.

Bob McAdoo is a must in the top 3 or 5 on the 70s

Again, outstanding for half the decade.

Maybe substitute Van Lier, Reese, Jerry Lucas Calvin Murphy or Larry Kenan maybe..! And why not the tall rebouder who could Reb awesome or close to Wilt. And he has a throwing shot too and a blocking position too... My last two is a top positive then of like the most of them and #1 Bob McAdoo or one that has style of his handling the ball in control above and low too. The Hawk. Keep five or extra of so close or versitile of him but room for another in one position is not and of player versitile and a very talented of something that is more of the rest or 3-4. And a third top one is Bob Lanier who can jump and get rebs and from a court that many are much taller and he's a Reb top one too.

Yes, this decade was the most arduous. There was so much parity across the 2 leagues. Who do I take off? Kareem, Dr.J,, Barry, & Havlicek must be top 10, Do I replace Gervin with Mcadoo? Maravich with The Hawk? Hayes with Lanier? It's tough.

Wes Unseld plus David Thompson, Dan Issel, Moses Malone (if ABA feats get equal respect) are all vastly underesimated
