Interesting and nicely done video. Two MD National Parks that were not mentioned but are my favorites are the C&O Canal and Towpath (184 miles long from Georgetown DC to Cumberland MD) and Great Falls National Park. Great Falls is spectacular and has Class V whitewater. The Mather Gorge just below the Falls is also spectacular and a geological phenomenon. The Billy Goat Trail is a favorite and extremely technical and difficult hike/rock scramble along the Potomac just below Great Falls. You actually access Great Falls and the Billy Goat Trail from the C&O Canal Towpath. The Towpath is a great place to ride bicycles.

I VISITED NUMEROUS PLACES / SCENIC & HISTORIC SITES & SIGHTS IN WESTERN MARYLAND IN THE APPALACHIAN MOUNTAINS CHAIN ALONG INLAND EAST COAST OF OUR U.S.A. WITH ADJACENT SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA & VIRGINIA - WEST VIRGINIA - WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA. WE HAVE SOME BEAUTIFUL SITES HERE IN THE EASTERN UNITED STATES ALTHOUGH NOT AS MANY PRESERVED / RESERVED FEDERAL LANDS FOR NATIONAL PARKS / FORESTS / MONUMENTS & SHRINES AS THOSE MORE NUMEROUS FEDERAL LANDS WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI!! THE EAST WAS MORE THICKLY SETTLED BY THE TIME FIRST NATIONAL PARKS BEGAN BEING RESERVED & DESIGNATED IN LATE 19th CENTURY. BUT MANY SITES GOT RESERVED AS SMALLER STATE PARKS OR FOREST RESERVES (SUCH AS ADIRONDACKS MOUNTAINS IN UPPER NEW YORK STATE / NORTHEAST AS A NEW YORK STATE PARK. THAT'S WHY UNFORTUNATELY THERE'S NOT A HUGE NATIONAL PARK SURROUNDING NIAGARA FALLS, OR IN THEK APPALACHIANS OR ALONG EAST / NORTH ATLANTIC COAST RESTRICTING CREEPING DEVELOPMENT RIGHT ON THE SAND DUNES TOO CLOSE TO THE WATERS!!= D.E.T. / E.T.2. - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swallow_Falls_State_Park
