    Sir I've heard and observed various interviews of successful people saying that most of today's high earning and top positions in corporate world or business are filled up with sales-people so what is the secret or training of sales people which makes them so great and valuable apart from other trades also which books should i read to understand and implement those strategies to grow in my career as design and site engineer which involves selling as well to commercial construction clients and consultants...

It's true, many leaders you'll find in high-earning roles have a knack for selling not just their products, but their visions and themselves as well. Now, I'll be the first to admit that sales and marketing haven't always been my forte-it's an area I've had my challenges with too! However, I've found incredible value in "Building a StoryBrand" by Donald Miller. This book does a fantastic job of breaking down the core principles of effective communication in a way that's both engaging and easy to grasp. It helped me a lot, and I believe it can offer you some golden nuggets to apply in your role as a design and site engineer, especially when dealing with clients and consultants. And speaking of books, I think it's about time I start including a "recommended reading" section in my videos-just kidding!
