The anime, ‘Another’ is a mystery/thriller about a class that has to find out the secret to stop a curse that kills their classmates one by one. I saw it years ago on Labor Day and I finished it in two days. The last one, Blood-C, follows a girl named Saya who has no memories but she’s tasked with killing monsters that keep appearing in the town she lives in. Both of those are special to me. And the thing about brutal deaths in anime is NOT to see them after you’ve eaten something cause they can get pretty nasty🤢

@@damien9683 I agree, Higurashi did a better job at making you feel dread and was insane when everything came together. Shiki was another anime that made you feel scared, but the plot was a bit lackluster, but I still love it.

Glad to see that Shiki is getting the deserved attention (first clip). It has banger Openings and OST's so you should check them out!

The last one of the top ten, is from an anime called Blood C, what I find funny about that anime, is that is made by the same artists and writters that did Cardcaptor Sakura, Magic Knight Rayearth, Angelic Layer, Chobits, Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle and many others...and it feels and looks so different from what they normally do, and you just watched one of the many deaths that happen like that or even worst like that. To put it in simple terms, is like George Lucas, after all Star Wars he did, suddenly decided to do Inglorious Basterds or if Quentin Tarantino after Inglorious Basterds decided to do "The Fault in our Stars"
