You need to follow the sequence of events and consider the brutal majority of BJP (unfortunately). In many cases what I observed is that inspite on strong voice against the bills, the bills are passed because of the shear majority of BJP. You may refer to the supplementary/additional budget passed buring the previous financial year. Even the no confidence motion will be defeated not by merit but because of shear majority. (One of the flaws of our democracy)
