yes cheyyochu, this is common and andharu chesedhe.. example A ane company lo manaki some 40% hike ochindhi, next B ane company lo ee 40% hike ochindhi ani chupisthe manaki 100% hike ostadhi, obviously manam B lone join avtham, its just that A ane company ki manam joining date ki 10-15 days mundhu chepthe better anthe, joining letter accept chesi no anna kuda em avvadhu in general..

hey, I agree it is not a good environment in the team, don't take their behaviour personally and get hurt, sometimes it happens, even I too faced this in my career, just try to get your doubts clarified and move forward, focus on learning. This team, these people are temporary, but learning you get now is permanent, ignore their behaviour, focus on learning and then when time is right, you will be able to switch, don't get demotivated or hurt, this is most important

Try to communicate this with your lead or manager politely in one to one call that you require some basic support in the team until you get habituated to the project and make them know that as a team we need to support each other that’s what team work meaning, So that they will guide to a correct person or communicate same with the team. But you should be very polite in your voice and patience is important too

depends on company, bond ki hikes ki sambandham ledhu, aa company lo hike ane concept unte hikes istharu, konni companies lo hike ane concept undadhu, so it depends on company policy and not on bond directly
