There was actually a mod that has similar features called Adventurecraft back in 2011. Although it was entirely limited to level editing since its concept was to create adventure maps that weren't possible during that time (before command blocks).

How old are you?

That Regions Unexplored mod looks absolutely astounding! Only drawback is that I couldn't bring myself to break any blocks there if I could help it, I wouldn't want to ruin any fantastic locales like those rainbow crystal caves.

Effortless building is the kind of mod I have been waiting for, forever. I'm going to try it out right now

It's been around for a few years now actually! However, it was stuck in 1.12-14 for a while. Glad to see it's finally getting updated again

The effortless building mod is INCREDIBLE! Ever since playing space engineers creative mode building in Minecraft has felt so slow, so it’s nice to see it catch up with a mod

Thanks for digging up all these hidden gems in the mod community, if I didn't watched your video I will not know Region Unexplored.

Effortless building feels like it should be in the base game. While world edit is a bit obtuse for new users, this seems super friendly for new comers

Bedrock is believed to be getting a new gamemode that lets you do things like world edit and hopefully the new mod as well so hopfully it gets added to all platforms soon

I remember when i started playing as admin on a friends server back in 2011 or so and was surprised to learn commands were not in the base game. Singleplayer commands - later world edit is essential to me and if a mod like this wouldn't be available i would probably never touch Minecraft again. That, or something like in this video HAS to be in the base game. It's a game changer for any creative player.

I just love your videos, as they are so up-to-date and super informative, but still very short and light weighted, and so I've never had any problems of creating my own great minecraft experience out of what I saw in your videos, just as how you presented it!

These mod videos are a saviour for me, thanks so much for making these videos!

@@IDFFA Because I don’t always know what kind of mods I want to play or what mods are best for what I want to do etc and don’t always want to download each one and try them out so videos like these summarise it and I can just download the mods directly from the description without having to go searching. I can also see mods I haven’t seen before through these videos and try them out.

Mini scaled is such a cool idea I wanna see people make bottle ships for decorating and it would be cool to have mouse hole hobbit houses.

As somebody who uses world edit a lot, effortless building looks so helpful! World edit will still be good for the exact measurements and large shapes (I am NOT clicking and dragging 400 blocks)

2:00 That rainbow crystal cave biome is the most beautiful looking minecraft biome I've ever seen. Even the lighting on the grass is colourful. I wish Mojang would add redstone lamps where you can customizable the colours of the lighting.

I recently started downloading a ton of mods for 1.18.2, mostly tech and chemistry mods similar to gregtech and create, after being inspired by IGoByLotsOfNames' Nomifactory playthrough series. I didn't get specifically the nomifactory modpack because create isn't for 1.12.2, but I have had a similar experience with this makeshift tech modpack, and it's a lot of fun. I really love doing tech and chemistry mods in minecraft, it keeps me hooked on the game. Tech-modded Minecraft really gives off the scientific-new-world vibe that the anime Dr. Stone gives off! :)

Yooooooo Explosiondon't is the kind of mod I never knew I wanted before, seeing the world rebuild itself after a big explosion has gotta be so cool, or as something as small as wanting to not have to worry about Creepers blowing up your stuff since it'll just come back.

I always hate the trees in the terrain generation mods that don't add new blocks cause it always means those leaves don't decay and there are always oak fences and slabs and stuff on the trees that are all useless and make cutting down a forest to put down a house is an impossibly hard task.

MiniScaled is almost like a mod for early Terasology that I loved. I am hoping that redstone and hoppers can communicate through from one small block to another... Not too difficult to see where I'm going with that one.

Terra's finally been added to Fabric! I remember playing this when it was a datapack a couple years ago, It was my favorite experience and really got me into world gen mods

Hey I'm not sure if you'll see this but do you think you could make a video turning Minecraft into Bioshock? I've been building a game accurate interior of the city of Rapture with Sildurs Vibrant Shaders and it's really good but it's not quite as dark as I'd like it to be. So then I tried using Chocapic13 V8 and it did a better job capturing the atmosphere of the first Bioshock but the water looked terrible in comparison to Sildurs and it wasn't quite right either. So If you could make a video on it, that'd be extremely helpful to me. Plus, if you do see this and decide to make one on that, I'd be more than happy to give you the IP that the server is on so you could have a better in game recording location for the video. Anyways, thanks for creating. Looking forward to more content from you

Improved Animations is a non-official port of Trainguy's Animation Overhaul, in which the original creator (Trainguy) isn't very fond of since they deliverately stole the entirety of the code. Their excuse is that they had permission from Trainguy but in reality they could only use the rig, not the code. Currently, Trainguy is doing an overhaul of the entire code so please report Improved Animations.

If you make another resource pack showcase, you should check out Avalon 32x, Its a very immersive, bright & colourful pack that also has a nice fantasy aspect to it which honestly looks amazing!

Half squat, this is going to be a strange request but there is a very small community of free bedrock mod developers, and there are some good mods for bedrock being ignored, if you could bring the community to light we could get more free mods on bedrock and not have to deal with the mc market place as much

I really hate it when I see a cool mod that I’d love to use like MiniScaled just for it to turn out to be a fabric mod

3rd person animation mods in Minecraft always felt uncanny too me. Something about flexible limbs in the craft just doesn't sit right with me. Also that terra mod is actually something else.

I’m currently using Terralith on my fabric server as a world gen mod. Do you guys think Terra the mod showcased at the end is a better choice? There are so many world gen mods for me to pick from now I don’t know what to do 😩

you should use terraforged in combination with some other biome mods. trust me, you'll get quite the experience.

This is your best video yet for me. Every single one of these mods fits my personal preferences. Usually there is only a few mods that fit my taste, but not this time. There is only one problem, which is that some of these mods are forge only and some are fabric only, but I want to use all of them!

would u recommend forge or fabric, im new to modding minecraft on my new pc, and am not sure which to pick

I downloaded iris for the second time yesterday and from me getting 25-30 fps to 100-110 fps the iris mod is truly amazing buy letting your gpu be used to its full ability unlike optifune where it caps the usage.

@@kion1519 Remove it from your mods folder, if you have it on Forge, if you have it as a separate client just go to your installations and delete it.
