I had gotten the classic Iron Man and Thor for Christmas and those two alone were good enough for me to jump back into collecting Marvel Legends. This last year has been incredible and Hasbro has certainly stepped up their game.

With so many great figures in 2019 , a top 10 is not fair ... You need at least a top 20 !

Haha that is EXACTLY why I love that Caliban BAF too (not that I've been able to get it yet!). I adored the figure as a kid. Had no idea who he was at all, but he was one of my all time favorite action figures.

This was such an incredible year to be a collector! We got some amazing figures. I've been trying to complete the Jim Lee style blue and gold X-Men teams and we finally got there this year with a host of beautiful figures! I think Hasbro has got the right people on their Marvel Legends creative team right now who really know what fans have been dying to have. So glad to see that Hasbro is turning out excellent figures for a price people can afford to collect.

#1 figure reviewer here, folks. Top Tier. Your set up is pleasing to the eye. I need to pick some of these figures up still. I would add photos of the old figures you mention so people who are new to the game know what you're comparing the figure to.

Really love that cap. Only thing that could have been better is if it wasn't that easily broken shield.

Oh yeah the Thing was badass! I think he made #1 for me last year. War Machine/pun was ok but wasn't anywhere near top 10 for me.

Doom should've been in the 80 YEARS line. That black box packaging would've been perfect. I'm not even an in-box collector...

That would look pretty cool actually. I open my figures too but dont display them. I keep in shelves as if they were books. Wish they would change the box style permanently to the 80th line

2019 was such a good year for Legends that this was the year I was finally sucked in and started buying them. I stayed away from legends for YEARS because I knew if I started i would end up buying too many. Well, they finally got me and I have bought far too many already.

Fiama98 They got me this year too with 90’s Jim Lee X-Men Caliban wave. Ended up building the Gold and Blue teams in a couple of months. Just missing Psylocke and Rogue but will have to wait for rereleases on those as the third party prices are averaging around 70 ish for each.

My first ones were the Wolverine/Cyclops/Jean Grey 3-pack that I got a few months back. Haven’t bought any since, but I’ve been browsing figure reviews to keep an eye out for any new/older figures that I might consider getting.

I really need to know where you got the 2 figures and the couch they are sitting on.

Gambit was my favorite x- men character too! I used to be mad when he wasn't in an episode of the 90's animated series.

I really love your passion at the end with getting your dream Cap. And Legends really is getting close (or better in a few cases) to import level figures. Their paint apps are certainly better than Mafex. I'd gladly pay $30+ if we got a harder and less gummy plastic, akin to Figuarts.

The worst Marvel Legends ever is easily Spider-Ham. That thing looks like a kids toy you find on McDonalds or a chinese figure. Around 25 bucks for that, what a waste of money.

I have to pay $55 for the piece of trash. Miss the days when Toybiz would make figures with new sculpts and good prices.

Hercules was a great figure, especially the torso!

I still have the old toy biz king hulk figure. I’d love to see hasbro do another hulk line. Really would love a new professor hulk. He’s not he of my favorite incarnations of hulk

I've been using Onslaught/Red Skull wave Wolf Cap as my cap but I think you've just sold me on the 80th one.

​@@UnparalleledUniverse Yeah, and on the plus side I can display Wolf Cap with the wolf head, so it's not even going to waste, he can just be a fun addition to my display, with 80th as THE Cap. I already have 80th Thor and Iron Man, and they're hands down my favorite 1:12 scale versions of those characters I've ever owned (and I owned a TON of Iron Men back in the 90s)

Also pray4me, I only got into Marvel Legend collecting in Jan 2020 and have SO MUCH to catch up on. :') I've at least restricted myself to comic/cartoon only, no MCU (unless I have to for a BAF) but still.

Mister Sinister is definitely in my top ten top five top three

When Beast dropped I assumed they would release a vintage version with stoic head. Can't see them starting an ultimate line, although that would be great

Unparalleled Universe 100%. There’s a number of characters who would benefit from that.

I wish the magneto has a bit more bulk on him i think he's a bit skinny which still bothers me and think about the revoltech magneto or marvel legends

i like the alex ross ca toom but it disappoints me to see that shield throwing effect. cant hasbro sculpt a more realistic effect parts for Cap?

I think they could possibly make a definitive classic Spider-Man because I feel we have yet to get one that we totally can gush over. An updated Venom with a new body because the ones we got were trash in my opinion. We also need a new lady Deathsrike as well as Banshee Pyro and Avalanche. If we could get these this year that would be great.

Gambit should have been in top 10. My top and most anticipated figure. Did swap out the arms for bro voodoo and gave him the old TB cloth coat. Perfect figure now.

For good reason bro..everybody's top 10 should be slightly different with one or two surprises sprung in..cheers & envy for you. Most of these are too pricey and hard to come by..Hasbro distributors here really kills the collecting spirit..that Hulk/Wolvie pack is 120 bucks here standard retail price..how can one afford to be a completist with damages like that😎

Deadpool wave was my first wave. Then I got looked. I was never a toybiz fan. Bur when they got rid of those round leg connectors. I paid attention. Now I wish I would have picked up those Juggernaut waves. I had the whole wave in front of me and I didn't pick it up. Rogue and Wolverine were in my hands and I dropped it because I didn't want to start collecting stuff. Bad move on my part.

You lost me with the 6 arm Spidey. I like it. There's not much you can do with torso articulation with the extra arms. If they ever do a Man-Spider. It would need to be bigger like a baf size. That's i'm looking forward to.
