Both Jackie Chan and Jet Li, that you put as 2 and 3, said that the best martial artist actor (alive) was Donnie Yen. Seeing as themselves are pretty good, I'm pretty sure they know what they're talking about... Yen should be 2nd, with Chan and Li as 4th and 3rd.
