HI Hansika, reasons can be High expected CTC, high notice period, negative attitude and luck(requirement closed, recession etc etc)

Hi sir 6 years experience as a software developer. Now I planned to move currently I am working as a back end developer at web api and previously I worked on Mvc as a full stack developer Help me to crack the interview

Domain driven design means

I disagree about working on weekends and staying longer in office. If a manager got a team in such position that overtime or working on weekends is requested, then you just say no. If you say yes, then that person might save his/hers job and continue to mismanage. Which will bring more overtime and working over weekend. Team psychology has to exist first time this happens, but not more than once or twice.
