No one here has said that they are better people because they are singers. Who is saying this is you, my dear. Reread my comment, it is quite clear. Technique, tuning, range, and beauty are some of the features they have. Who does not recognize this is the typical fan of groups and singers much, but much lower than these two singers of Shinee. Are you thinking that singing opera is for anyone? Classical music is difficult, not everyone achieves this feat.

Do not worry, if you do not want to talk to a person who understands the subject and knows what you're talking about, that's fine. Even because it is difficult to talk to someone with a very bad English. An English course will help a lot. A music course would also help open your mind and make you understand when a singer is good and a singer is popular. Not always a popular singer is good as one who is not popular. As an ELF for years, Id just like to say that, even if I enjoy listening to Sungmins voice, Ryeowook is still a better vocalist and can hit higher. But your list and it's respected! Happy to see Changmin and Kyuhyun at the top because everyone knows that they are truly the best.

Aquaria Austin I think you should look at this list made by vocal professionals, honey. kpopvocalanalysis.net/ranking-of-vocalists/ Ryeowook is better than them, and Taemin should rightfully be in top ten. Yesung is given more credit than he's worth. Don't embarrass yourself.

I was surprised because there is no ryeowook in the list. He is definitely one of the best vocalist in SM. And ryeowook is much much much better than sungmin. In my opinion, here is SM top 10 vocalist: 1. Kyuhyun 2. Ryeowook 3. Jonghyun 4. Changmin 5. Chen 6. Baekhyun 7. Yesung 8. D.O 9. Taemin 10. Onew If we included JYJ (since they are SM's ex-artist), i will place junsu at no 2 and Jaejung at no 4.

Wannablelf YeSungHwan All of those vicalist you named are amazing. Except Changmin is a big misunderstanding. Technically he's actually quite weak. He goes extremelyy high, but it's all strained and sometimes unsupported notes. Try watching a duet with him & Kyuhyun together. It'll be a bit more easier to understand if you aren't trained to hear his ability alongside Kyuhyun. No hate though i like him. JYJ definitely had some of the best vocals though

What Changmin? Even in TVXQ (5) i would rank him 4th. Junsu and Jaejoong were the lead vocals. Changmin just stands out for that one high note but he has to strain to reach it.

umm okay okay, enough of that noise and quarrel. maybe i should show you a list of SM top 10 vocalists by a trusted website: kpopvocalanalysis.net/ranking-of-vocalists/ 1. Kyuhyun 2. Ryeowook 3. Chen 4. Jonghyun 5. D.O 6. Onew 7. Baekhyun Taemin 8. Yesung Zhoumi 9. Changmin 10. Sungmin Henry remember that best vocalists are based on TECHNIQUE, not timbre. timbre is a personal preference so it's based on people's opinion, while technique tends to be more absolute and can be classified and also 'measured'. it's actually nothing if you can hit notes as high as the sky but you strain it. people also have to learn the fact that best vocalists are not based on who sounds better (which of course, relies on your opinion). it's also not based on who belts and hit high notes the best, but you also have to notice the lower register and be good in many aspects. unfortunately, this video only shows the singers hitting high notes, so people only judge them based on their high notes. if this also includes low notes, you dumbass can't deny that kyuhyun rips off all the singers there and also your head. so be smart. PS: the singers who aren't numbered are the singers who (as i know) are not the main vocalists in their groups, because you know, this video itself is titled "...main vocalists."

Well I'm no vocalist or vocal teacher but from what I watched and according to specialists top 5 is D.O, jonghyun , Chen, ryeowook, kyuhyun and not only one or 2 vocal teacher a bunch of them said that . And people it's not about your favourite vocalist it's about best technique , stability and things like that if you ask me D.O is my favourite from the 1st minute I heard him sing which is 4-5 years ago ( this list isn't by an expert I think it's by voting or something) .

I think almost everyone agrees with kyuhyun..

Onew is #1 .. He's only the one who can sing 40 sec High and longest notes..no one can beat him. Indeed

How the hell is Ryeowook omitted from this list? It's bad enough he's underrated as it is, now he can't even earn a placement on this bullshit list?

Ryeowook is not even here y is dat ? and in my opinion , Baekhyun's voice is much higher than Kyungsoo does.

Heen Horengi they didn't mean he was better bcs his voice was higher, they meant he should be higher on the list.

My top 10 sm male singers are 10. Changmin 9. Taemin 8. Baekhyun 7. Sungmin 6. Chen 5. Onew 4. Yesung 3. Ryeowook 2. Jonghyun 1. Kyuhyun Honourable mentions DO jyj members luhan rest suju members. Honestly its hard to choose the top 10. Also the list is not in perfect order but this is just my opinion

I'm cassie to be honest, but i am big fan of onew shinee, he forever no.1 for me😊😊😊I like his voice colour. I like kyuhyun too, and some artist from other company(xiahjunsudaesungleehi)PEACE😆😆😆

There’s a lot of thing that have to be fix with this list... First, baekhyun at 10th?! I really try to calm and say: let’s see who is in the list.. and there I see sungmin.. Sungmin has a very beautiful voice, but baekhyun has the technique.. daaa... and I hope you know how great ryeowook is.. he is the MAIN vocal... and last, this is just my personal taste, but I don’t think changmin would be that high... he really have a high voice but I really feel uncomfortable about that.. and he do that almost in every song they have... it feels like he can crack everytime, even though he’s not... he’s using mix voice too much and if he keep doing that, he can hurt his throat... over all, that’s what I’m thinking... 😂😂

Hi. I just looked at this. All of the singers are great. You did an excellent job. However, IMO, no one of them hit a note or held it as long as JONGHYUN from SHINee, from their song Stranger. It is on their SHINee World IV Concert. I love your choices though, well done, well done. THANK YOU. 👏👏👏👏💖💖💗💗🌹🌹
