My favorite ST set is the second Kylo Shuttle. Fantastic figures, build, and look. Even though the figures are episode 9 themed and the ship was barely in the film LOL. It’s basically a TLJ set with TROS figures.

I will say, I did love the resistance bomber and BB-8 sets (but sold them to buy 75314 and a few 75280s). They were great models, even if they were from movies I couldn't care less about. Child me also adored the FO troop transport. I agree, that set had such a well rounded figure selection, and adding the battle pack that came next year to it completely filled the ship. It was perfection. Lego, lets see it again!

Samw goes for me and the sets based on episodes 1-3. I don't care about these films, even if I don't think they're completely horrible. I just think they're the least interesting out of all the films. But I absolutely love the Lego sets based on them. Especially the MTT, the AT-TE or the Republic Gunship.

I know but it's just a bit too short for me. Like I would have loved it if LEGO had included being able to recreate Kylo's introduction back in TFA which is #2 for me out of the Sequel Trilogy. #1 is TROS mainly because of SLKR (Supreme Leader Kylo Ren). TLJ was ok but it stays at #3 for me mainly because I have yet so see the entire film.

I remember me in 2015 wanting the first order transport so badly! Sadly I never got it. Also, I haven’t finished the video yet, but I bet no.1 is 2019 kylo rens shuttle

I hope someday Lego have another stab at the Assault Walker/"Gorilla Walker" set. I love the design of it and there's been some excellent MOCs of it, but the actual Lego version was a bit underwhelming. Understandably they wanted to keep it to a certain budget, but I'd happily pay a lot more for a more faithful AT-M6 in proper proportion to the playscale AT-ATs. That's probably going to be years off in any case. Between the end of the trilogy and all the different current and upcoming shows, there's not going to be a place in the schedule for Sequel film sets for a long while.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a decent wave of TFA sets in 2025 for TFA's 10th anniversary. Especially since by then lots of people will have grown up with the sequel trilogy and be interested in new sequel sets

I have the Gorilla walker, I actually really like it, I also have the Resistance Bomber and of the 2 sequel sets I own, the walker is the one I like better.

One of my favourites is the Duel on Starkiller base set w Rey and Kylo’s lightsaber duel. Perfect little set for a cheap price and I wish they’d keep doing sets like that and duel on mustafar, not sure why they stopped.

@@laurids796 I agree that everyone should be able to buy a millennium falcon, but a new one shouldn’t be released every year. Between 2015 and 2019 there were 3 regular falcons, the UCS falcon, and a ton of tie fighters and x wings. That was a very stale 5 years.

@@tanner5809 There was ONE playscale sequel tie fighter, ONE since its a different design than OT tie fighters, with its black design with a red ring, I dont think it harmed anything else

I actually like the SF tie pilot in Kylo tie silencer set. LEGO didn’t bother putting the correct pilots in the SF tie set so they made the SF pilot exclusive to Ren fighter.

I own 3 of these, Resistance Bomber, The First order Star Destroyer and Kylo Rens Shuttle 😎😎(I also have the older kylo rens shuttle and the blue version of the resistance x-wing)

I absolutely LOVE my black Kylo Ren's shuttle, it just such a great set, and while I don't own it, the FO transport is awesome too.

I hope we get more sequel trilogy sets in the future

The resistance transport is a much under estimated set and the defense of Krait. Both have crazy looking ships and nice figure selections

I’m a bit surprised the first order tie fighter wasn’t included in the top 10.

My personal favourite is the 2019 Rise of Skywalker Millennium Falcon, as, it is an amazing and realistic representation of the Falcon as a play set; it has Boolio; it is basically the UCS Falcon downsized and cheaper; has those great top pieces that have no gaps and fold out so smoothly.

I have the First order Transport with the flametroopers. It was like $90, still have it in tact. Wonder how much it's worth now.

I would ditch the meh A-wing off this list and include the very nice gray resistance X-wing play set. It had tons of features and great value.

Lego definitely needs to make a ucs set where it’s a tie fighter where the cockpit is the size of bb8s bottom half and it was massive that just seems so cool to me

I love Poe's X-Wing in the Black and Orange color scheme. I remember being at the Lego store and debating if I should get it or not because at the time it was the most expensive set I was gonna get ever. But to this day I still don't regret getting it, such a great set!

1:10, there is a different version of TLJ Luke that appeared in an advent calendar, but otherwise, both of them are exclusive

Yeah surprised it didn't make the top 10 here, I only have 2 sequel sets, the At-M6 and the bomber, and I much prefer the At-M6 - the bomber has lots of cool play features, but I'm just displaying it, and the walker just looks great on the shelf.

Boy, do I love the orange Sith Trooper! Anyway, my favourite's the red & black X-Wing 😉

AT-M6 walker takes my number 1 favorite, and since lego made the AT-AT a UCS set, I’m hoping they do the same with the AT-M6

Excellent choice of Kylo Ren's shuttle as #1. After getting the previous, grey one and thinking it'd be great if the wings also folded out; I was surprised when I saw the new one in a store. Two minutes later I walked out with a box under my arm an a huge grin on my face. What about the First Order Heavy walker? Great video, thanks.

Happy to see someone else loves the Resistance Bomber design as much as I do. I don’t even get why people say it’s not sensible, less so why they care. In Star Wars vehicles, rule of cool comes first and foremost, and the StarFortress is a prime example of that.

It's not sensible because it's an incredibly slow-moving, defenseless vehicle that can be easily taken out by a single fighter *and* that needs to be directly over its target to do anything. Not to mention blowing one up when they're in formation causes a chain detonation that will blow up the entire group lmao. And in some universes, you might just have to write off all those negatives as limitations of the technology, but we've had Y-wings since 1977 and they were even featured prevalently in 2015's The Force Awakens, which takes place just weeks (days?) before Last Jedi

If you dont know why people say it's not sensible I'll be happy to explain. 1. It has 4 front, fixed blaster cannons that are useless, especially the ones on the "wings" since paralax won't allow you to shoot them accurately without using a targeting computer. Laser cannons on starfighters are used mainly for dogfighting, you cannot dogfight in that brick. It can serve as anti-capitalship weapon only when joined with ion cannons, which can manage to punch through shields. This starship doesn't have ion cannons. 2. Those ships are so absurdly massive (while being slow) that you can target them with even the heaviest of turbolasers. No starship shields can take an anti-capitalship grade weapon. A half blind heavy turbolaser operator would be able to hit them easily with the turbolaser set to "heaviest damage, slowest projectile speed, lowest accuracy" 3. They fly so extremely slow that the target can turn around and just fly away. And we know from New Hope that Star Destroyers have very good sublight speed. There were people who measured their speed based on movie time and Mandator IV size but I don't remember the numbers. It was very slow. 4. They are so frail that they cannot survive a bombing run under perfect conditions. Which means- their target is completely defenseless and still and there's only one capital ship worth of defensive fighter screen while you have at least 8 bombers with their escort. Not to mention you have your gunners on every bomber. And I'm talking about being overwhelmed by tie fighter fire, not the collission. 5. They make little sense crew-wise. Since when a small military organisation can spare ~4-5 crewmembers on one bomber? The reason why rebels didn't use ARC-170s was because they couldn't affort puting 2 pilots and a gunner in one starship. 6. We don't know the cost of the ship but from the sheer size it looks to be in a 300k, maybe 400k credit range. An used y-wing is around 65k credits. We don't know an exact cost of 1 proton bomb but it was around 250 credits in one SW role playing game. So just to load one bomber you need to spend 250k credits. The Resistance lost in that 1 attack about 5 milion credits. Just the fact that a small organization could get their hold on ~8000 proton bombs despite New Republic's demilitarization is suprising anyway. You can do your own math how many y-wings you can buy and arm with 5 milion credits. 7. Why would you ever put 1000 proton bombs on 1 ship. For what reason, what target requires such bombing? Planetary shield? No, it can take damage from a star destroyer, 1000 proton bombs is nothing compared to what a star destroyer can dish out in minutes. Some bombs wont even connect with the target and explode "mid air" which I believe is what we see in a movie. Why not put long range proton torpedoes and concussion missiles and make them a medium/long range artillery units? Boom, 5 ion torpedoes, target's shields are totally depleted. Boom, 5 proton torpedoes aimed at the bridge, enemy goes down. Boom- a swarm of 12 FAF concussion missiles are shot towards an incoming fighter wing, let the gunners take them down while they try to evade the missiles. It's really simple to design something better. 8. Last point is the best one. The whole plan to blow up the Mandator IV (one of the worst ships in SW on their own) is idiotic. If your plan requires dropping 1000 proton bombs on the enemy target then you're demoted, laughed at and either executed or moping the toilets. So the main problem are those 2 guns on the Mandator IV, right? Send a wing of X or Y-wings under it's shields (skimming the surface style) and blow the cannons up. Hell, aim a torpedo inside the cannon, the target is huge as hell. It worked in the shitty cartoon against the Subjugator-class dreadnought a few y-wings disabled those big ass ion cannons. Why people care? Why fans care about the franchise they are fans of, gee, I wonder? Because SW franchise created an SW universe, with it's own rules. Any exception from those rules will obviously be questioned mate. We know how bombers in the universe look, both from movies and material outside movies. Death star laser is cool, let's put it on a tie fighter. Sounds more absurd than cool? There you go, that's the problem people are having. Stuff just doesn't make sense within the rules established in the universe.

I really like all Kylo Ren themed sets. They’re all so sleek and the colors look badass. I own the shuttle but still have to buy the Tie Fighter, really love that one and definitely still on my list.

I love the resistance y wing. Also unpopular opinion but I also really liked the heavy walker. The only bad thing about the heavy walker is that it’s out of scale to the AT-AT, but most Lego sets don’t adhere to a common scale anyway. Speaking of whacky scale, the first order tie fighter is also great. I would probably replace the old Luke set with one of these three. And as good as the A Wing is, the Y wing is better IMO.

It’s hard to like sets based on movies I really abhor...but I was on board when the force awakens came out, and that 2019 Kylo shuttle is amazing

I have the 2015 Force Awakens Millennium Falcon and the Acht To Island training. I would personally have swapped out the Resistance A-Wing with the Resistance Y-Wing, but they are both great sets!

Despite not being the biggest fan of the sequel trilogy, I proudly display my 2019 Millennium Falcon front and center. It’s an expertly designed ship with a lot of space for fitting random Star Wars characters inside.

I haven’t seen Kylo’s tie fighter until now and it’s amazing. I’m shocked that the resistance y-wing didn’t make it but great list!!

I feel like LEGO should make a UCS Kylo Ren Shuttle and comes with 7 minifigures being SLKR with all of the red weld bits on the helmet, an accurately sized helmet, arm printing as well as side printing and an accurate lightsaber with removable blades, and all 6 Knights of Ren, Ushar, Ap'lek, Cardo, Vicrul, Kuruk, and Trudgen with 360° printing and more accurate weapons. The set would be super expensive but well worth it in the long run.

I agree with 1st and 2nd, but for me the azure blue and orange xwing is beautiful.

Finally! I've been waiting for this video since I got the notification for it yesterday 😂

Am I going crazy or was this video already released yesterday?

IMO my favorite is the Resistance Troop Transport (75140). I hated that 75293 had poor space management but just like my Resistance Bomber, the transport is great for space. Not to mention some decent figures (wish there were more) but I wouldn't turn down Admiral Ackbar or more resistance troops. I had the FO troop transport but because it was missing pieces, I no longer can buy a new one because it's out of my secondary market budget.

My favourite is Snoke Star destroyer

I found someone selling it on ebay for $75 nisb and that's one of the best steals I've ever gotten

My fav is the episode 9 x wing its just so sleek Looking with a Clean colour sceam and some amazing figs

My favourite set is the millennium falcon due to the fact it was my first big LEGO set like for years. Since than I found my love to LEGO again

I liked the resistance bomber, but it was so fragile. It fell apart in little 8 year old me’s hands, and was definitely confusing to build. I liked it though, really cool bombing feature

I didn't have a lot of money to spend on Lego when these sets were coming out, so at $30 I grabbed that A-wing, and I have to say its just a really neat set. I also got the force pack with the Sith Trooper because regardless of the movies' quality, I love the design with the hard angled edges and strange textures on the red armor.

3:27 Poe's X-Wing in Black and Red would have looked AMAZING. But the Black and Orange colour it came out in also doesn't look bad at all :P I do completely agree with the top 3. I mostly agree with the rest of the list too (although not the order). But I would replace the A-Wing, the First Order Transport and the Millennium Falcon with First Order TIE Fighter, the Sith TIE Fighter and the Knights of Ren shuttle. I know people hate this last one because it's hollow and you can't put all the knights inside. But looking at it from a microscale perspective, it looks amazing. And since I buy sets for display and not play, I value the aesthetics more than the playability or the minifigures.

Lego should've given Kylo Ren's Shuttle (2019) the 5 retractable landing gears, 4 on the bottoms of the wings, and the 5th being hidden behind the main body, like in between the main body and the engines, so while it's landed, or on a table or shelf, you can have Kylo Ren on the ramp that can go down.

I love your videos I just find it a bit sad that you didn’t put the AT-M6 in the list
