For some funny reason that figs torso can be bought on the PaB. You won't find the legs but there's dual molded blue ones with brown boots that does the trick. The hat and feather can also be bought. It's name is "MINI UPPER PART, NO. 5817"

Him the jester and the goat herder are like the only true civilian figures from medieval times. Luckily I got them all. So they do well with the new castle sets.

Tournament knight is so good since it's a unique color set and unique faction. With even like 4 or 5 of them you have enough to MOC an entire base/fort for a brand new faction, I really wish we got more CMFs like this. I'd love to see purple, white, or like a sky blue ish color. But yeah, Basil has to be #1. That dual sided cape is just luxurious. He came with everything.

lol not surprised with your no.1. I was surprised about this elf faction. The CMF elves are the only ones with yellow ears. I feel they should make more of those.

@@BrickingUpBrad That king is in my Lion Knight's castle. My head cannon is that the Queen is a grown up Princess Storm who married into the Lion Knight's faction for a peace treaty. The King loves her firey spirit and totally supports her leading the army, which is why she's all armored up and he is not.

Good picks. Orc definitely has a lots of potential with so many different combo variation. Tournament knight and bear knight are also so unique in cmf series.

Currently i have a total of 13 of the vampire knights mainly because when i last went to my local Kroger they had series 25 on the shelf so hopefully next time i go i could find more

For me its the orc at number one, hes literally perfection.Vampire is amazing aswell and literally the only nit pick i have with him is that i wish the cape was the spongy material and a hair piece

Actually the morningstar piece that the bear knight has has seen use in another place! It is also used for one of the Shark Army Anglers from the Lego Ninjago Movie ^^ It's kind of nice that they've given it to other minifigs, and personally I hope that we see this piece again in the future, since that piece is honestly very good, and it'd be nice to have some variety from the stick + technic gear.

Great picks! We have the same top two- both are such beautiful, detailed figures. I’d never seen that Rogue archer minifigure before. Off to eBay to find one 😂

I mostly agree with all your choices. I especially love the Basil - totally 100% best CMF ever. Has everything it needs. I did miss the other Frightknight in the video - the ghost with armor) And 75 orcs maaaan !? and I thought I was crazy for getting 30 + :)))

Even though I prefer Space to Castle, there are still quite a few Castle CMFs I like. My top 5 would be: 1. Fright Knight (Series 19) 2. Elf Maiden 3. Basil the Bat Lord 4. Orc Warrior 5. Knight of the Yellow Castle.

Excellent list! I've got each of those and really like them all. The rogue archer would be further down on my list, but I can see why you like it so much. I might put the series 23 'Knight of the Yellow Castle' kid at the top of my own list. That's, of course, because my Yellow Castle is my favorite set ever and seeing that crest in a new set after 40 years was pretty cool. Adding new men-at-arms to the castle is even cooler. I can get at least two and maybe three new soldiers/guards/levies per bag! Really hard to beat the combined value AND nostalgia. Great video! Thanks!

Thank you! I do agree she is a good figure. It was a toss up between her and the heroic knight for me. When it comes down to it all castle cmfs are number 1😅

All these CMFs are awesome and at last I have almost all of them! I just need a Heroic Knight... And a jester... And classic King and queen too.... I'd not make my own top 10 because really every castle CMF is perfect for me. I'd like to mention battle dwarfr too - that guy came from classic Warhammer that's great!

The Falconer is my favorite castle minifig.

The Elf is a great minifigure as well 😊 Sadly I haven’t got any of the Vikings 😔 and I only have one Raven Tournament Knight. I have a bunch of the Green Wolf Rogue 😏😉 And it’s a great honor to be in one of your videos 🙏🏻😅

Absolutely agreed! But in mine 2nd place would be realistic viking!

The raven knight set up the style for the black falcon and lion knight remakes, the rogue reminds me of the 2018 robin hood movie too much....

Tournament Knight is definitely my #1 followed by Orc and Vampire Knight

my criticism of the new Basil figure would have to be the fact that the shield is light bluish-grey and doesn't have that silvery metallic printing the old fright knight shields had.

Basil is really cool although the thing I wish they had done was separate the helmet to an attachable visor and helmet so that we’d have the option of using it for fright knights but also just having a new medieval helmet from Lego

@@BrickingUpBrad No iI think it could have looked like a barbute helmet and the visor would still have the wings and all. I agree the helmet looks great but it is fixed to only look like Basil.

Brad called the Raven Knight overrated and I feel personally attacked 😂 But I agree they are stupidly expensive. I'm glad I got a bunch when I did, since they were only about $12 each.

Hey Brad! I love lego castle and rn my collection is a little bland. Only consists of the 2013 kings castle and a phew cmfs. I plan to save up a lot and purchase the new lion knights castle, medieval village and the forrestman hideout. Would you say this is worth saving up for? I need something good to get ne back into lego castle

I definitely think it’s more worth it to save up and get the new stuff first! That new castle is amazing and definitely worth getting first!

I will say the one thing i dont like about the Vampire knight figure is that the red side of his cape says Lego in the middle so i cant turn it around and use it as a red cape with the cool shape.

Where is the love for the evil dwarf?!

I think the only way the vampire knight could have been better is if they gave him a sword reminiscent of the chrome sword the bat lord used

If you like Lego castle it’s honestly the only castle set you need. It’s the best castle set I have ever built and owned. The figures are amazing and the set has so many cool play features. I believe that it’s the only castle set that matters honestly. I would always tell people to get it. BUT dont go broke just to get it.

@@BrickingUpBrad I just started getting into legos this year with the lions knights castle. So I just started to collect these cmf Minifigures I missed out on. Unfortunately I had to pay high prices for Alot of them. I have all the figures in your top ten though except for the elf, tournament knight and the Viking. I’m waiting on my rogue archer and heroic knight to get delivered. I love basil and the orc! Please make more of these videos really enjoy these. Do you think Lego will release more fantasy cmf figures or do a cmf series entirely with castle figures?

For me its the orc and heoric knight. There are a few shoulder and hair pieces that works just insanely great with the feral savage bone style look of em like the dark red bone ninjago shoulder armor or viking and mohawk hairs. The heoric knight is just the prototype of a hero for me. Detailed but not fancy. He works in any Environment. He is a faction of its own. I just build a modular dungeon tile system for dnd with lego and alongside a red dragonborn and an elf hes one of my player characters - with a flesh head and griffindor sword - my paladin from the order of the silver crown ❤
