    Nice choice. I come from an agricultural family and know it is not easy to grow crops. Every plant has its own conditions for soil, sun, water etc. And enemies like insects and birds. Better start small and learn fast.

    @@vking4535 microgreens take A LOT of seeds to grow all those plants. Seeds are RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! It is a very unsustainable trade. Seed banks are already getting small from the microgreen hype. This list has nothing to do with "pure profit". It is just a list of revenue. After expenses this list is laughable. It will cost you a million at least to build an acre mushroom farm with all the ventilation to protect from spores and all the substrate for the spawn bags.

    You state how much the product is selling for. And how much you can grow per acre. Then how much you COULD make per acre. But you say nothing about the COST to grow the said products. So in reality, you can at least half what the profits would be.
