Piece by Piece is everything that is Kelly Clarkson’s greatness. I full on cry every time I hear it.

That performance of Piece by piece is one of the hardest and most beautiful songs she's ever done.

I had the pleasure of meeting and doing some security for her when she came to Kuwait in 05. She was such an amazing person! So kind, warm and HILARIOUS!!! She is by far the best celebrity I have ever met!

The original Idol will always be the best. She clearly puts so much emotion and energy into her powerful performances.

Kelly has such a beautiful voice. I remember listening to "Breakaway" when I was preparing to leave home for the first time, and it resonated with me so much. ❤

Kelly, unlike many technical singers, puts it all out there and sings from her soul. This is why, no matter what she sings, she touches you. As you feel her emotion in every sung word. Not many famous vocalists today have this ability. She is a true idol.

Well, since you ask, I remember watching her singing "she used to be mine", "losing my mind" and more recently "remember me". Oh, boy. I was on the floor crying 😭

I love all of them but Piece by Piece is the one that breaks my heart. She explained that she wrote it about her father leaving when she was young and you can feel her pain when she sings it. She also performed a song on her Christmas special after her divorce called Merry Christmas (to the one I used to know) that she also got emotional while singing it. She is an amazing person with a fabulous voice who is a gift to all of us.

Kelly may not sell as many albums as Taylor, nor have the vocal range of Ariana, but her ability to emote and make you feel the lyrics makes her one of my favorite vocalists ever. She really is up there with the legends

I wouldn’t say that Kelly is lacking in the range department at all… she hits all the big high notes like all the other greats and her low notes have gotten better in recent years as well. Her ability to emote so well is definitely one of the reasons that she’s my favorite female singer though.

Doesn't have the vocal range of Ariana? Huh? 😂 This is like when Alicia Keys said "I have the biggest range of anyone here" while sitting right next to Kelly on The Voice lol Kelly's expression after she said that was accurate, and all of us too 😂

That night she sang piece by piece you cried but also we're so happy for her for finding that. It's heartbreaking that it turned out to be a lie. She sings a different version of it in Vegas and it's amazing and powerful. Cry literally has always made me cry and lighthouse from chemistry is the one that gets me which is the one she said that she wrote when she knew everything was over. But honestly I don't think she's ever sung a song that I didn't think was fabulous.

Love seeing Kelly countdowns! But I wish there had been some honorable mentions in this video like her cover of Billie Eilish’s “Happier Than Ever” and the cover of “Shelter” (the Ray LaMontagne song) that she did for the Hurricane Katrina benefit.

I would change Piece by piece and put A moment like this at #1. That moment can't be replicated and they tried for 25 seasons. ❤

Her performance of I Didn't think about you in the Voice was full of emotions love ittt❤

Some that I would have included are: Tightrope, Beautiful Disaster, Maybe, Sober, Merry Christmas (to the One I Used to Know), Skip This Part, Cry, The Dance (Garth Brooks cover to honor him), Already Gone, Just Missed the Train, etc. I’m sure that there are more that I’m just not thinking of right now. I would advise you to maybe play more of the songs in your videos. We only got a couple seconds of each song. If anyone were to watch that wasn’t familiar with those songs or performances, they wouldn’t see enough to understand why they’re so emotional.

Seeing Kelly's "Piece By Piece" performance on AI, while she's pregnant with her 2nd child with her husband who she really loved and trusted, was a happy kind of cry. Like, oh man she deserves all these good things (And she still does, mmkay?). And watching it now, knowing how awful he was and how he ended up also breaking her heart, is a sad cry BUT with pride because of how well she's currently doing ❤

A moment like this still makes me cry every time I hear it. Lol she is America's singer. I'm not sure a season winner of AI has really come close to her....

Well for me it will always be - Never again the iTunes Sessions version. My God the hurt you hear in this pierces you directly in your heart while you listen to it. It unearths the hurt of rejection and heartbreak you kept inside for a long time.

I would have added “Merry Christmas (To the one I used to know)” (the special televised program) from her latest Christmas album. The emotions throughout the song but in particular near the end of the song, a tear was about to fall. 😭❤️‍🩹

Where do you even think you see lip syncing, illusions or manipulation? Kelly has sang live every time, even in freezing cold temperatures when other singers have said they lip synced. Two exampes come to my mind, President Obama's Inauguration and the 2015 or 2016 Macy's Thanksgiving Parade. Do your research before you get on here spilling nonsense!!!v
