I'm from Toronto and I was in Vancouver a couple of years ago. Karakoram was amazing. As many people know, Toronto is known for it's amazing food scene, so I was kind of skeptical about Vancouver at first 😆 But hands down, Karakoram was next level tasty!! Highly, highly recommend!! 👍

Ate at Deewan-E-Khass recently. Great food, great prices and amazing customer service. The owner himself came to our table twice to ensure everything was good. Not only that, the staff so willing to pay for our parking on the street. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed dinning at this restaurant. Definitely recommend Deewan-E-Khass for authentic food.

You missed 1) Abdul’s B’BQ in Crystal Mall Burnaby, Willingdon and Kingsway Authentic shawarma eat in or take out restaurant. Been in business over 20 years. 2) Afghan Chopin, Richmond and Surrey Note: you should only recommend a restaurant that is 100% halal. What I understood from your comments, Pizza Pizza only has selected halal items. Pizza Pizza must clarify what non halal items they serve and how the cross contamination between halal and non halal items is protected in the kitchen. It is very important for Muslim community to take note of this.

“Halal” does not mean it is healthy; you still need to look into fresh and prime products and the cleanliness of the place and servers. I have eaten out very seldom since Covid19. I cook my food; it is healthier, cheaper and tastier too.
