The only possible reason for this not being number one is if assuming that the officiating is part of the game. The officiating in this game was atrocious, and I don't mean controversial calls or non calls, but basic "doing your job" calls. The Field Judge, who's responsible for counting the number of defensive players on the field, not flagging the Bills for too many men and the replay officials not stopping play to review a pass ruled a completion that television replay clearly shows as incomplete. It must have been the awful officiating that keeps this game out of the top spot; it certainly can't be the excitement, desire, or play of either team.

As a Steelers fan, Steelers Bengals week one was one of the worst games of the season. Trubisky and Burrow both played horrible games and both teams were out here missing easy kicks.

For me the Vikings vs Bills game takes the cake. Probably one of the best game I've seen a very long time

Biased because I'm a Vikes fan, but the Buffalo/Minnesota game was the best game all year. Better than the comeback against the Colts. I've never been on such a roller coaster ride of emotions. It was an absolute dogfight, right down to the final interception that decided it 💪💜

Vikings vs Bills or Vikings vs Colts were the two best games of the season by far

As a die hard lions fan, week 18 vs the packers is my fav game of the year and top 10 all time. Maybe it doesn’t deserve this list, but that game was incredible

I have been a Vikings fan since the early 1980s, and from the time I started watching football, I recall only two absolutely epic games. The first was the Dolphins - Chargers playoff game of 1981, and the other the Vikings - Bills game in 2022. There have been many other fantastic games and even more amazing moments, but when taking into account the entire game, from opening kickoff until the final gun, these are the two games that top my list.

This season was so fun to watch. Seeing team like the Lions, Jets and the Jags have crazy potential is so refreshing.

The Vikings Bills game was debatably the best game in the last 10 years (but I’m a Vikes fan lol). I’ve never sweat so much during a game. I’m incredibly shocked it’s not number 1 🤷‍♂️

How the hell is the Vikings-Bills not in the top slot? I've been watching football since the mid 80s and that's probably the most exciting game I've ever seen.

The nerve to put the Super Bowl at #1 ahead of Bills vs Vikings and Vikings vs Colts is downright outlandish. Don’t get me wrong the SB was a great game but it doesn’t mean anything when the ending was so anticlimactic. If that’s how the last game of the season was going to end I suggest the NFL hire better script writers

Even as an Eagles fan i can genuinely say this was one of the most enjoyable seasons to watch (and not just cuz we had a helluva run/went from 9-9 inc playoffs to 16-4 inc playoffs and were undefeated till wk.9/got to see Hurts evolve into an Elite talent and see our Defense break all kinds of Sack Records etc) - but even outside of the Eagles, there were so many amazing games/upsets etc it really was a great year for the NFL...

Chiefs are featured in 4 of the games on this top 10 list. Chiefs only lost 3 games all season and two of those losses featurered here, were to the future 2 seed Bills and 3 seed Bengals in the AFC.

I just realized, the colts were a hard team to play this year, beat the chiefs, were beating the vikings, and were close to beating the eagles. I wouldn't be surprised if they did good
