Roys is my favorite upscale restaurant, and Steak Shake is my favorite casual beach bite. Love to hear what others think! I love trying new places!

Take bus 60 around the island and explore the towns and beaches all over the island.

You are welcome! What is your favorite on Oahu? I always love to learn about new fun places to try out.

I've been coming to Oahu in the early '90's, a lot of the places you mention in the video were free of admission in the early '90's, like Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay, Bishop Museum and Waimea Valley. Currently most of these places charges admission.

Yes, Oahu is not a cheap destination. Check out my video on ABC stores, and how to save money while you are there. I also started creating a list of free things to do, and will be doing more research on those. Might make a good video for people, as there are some fun free things to do while there.

@@Passporttotravel I don't think I will visit Oahu anytime soon, I was there recently in May 2023. The Oahu island is just too overcrowded, bad rush traffic and outrageous hotel resort fees.

Quieter islands for sure.

You forgot the Polynesian Cultural Center. Me and my wife enjoyed that. At the end of the day they have the "Ha, breath of life" show that is amazing.

Please be aware that the Makua cave (and indeed a lot of Hawaii) is considered sacred and should be treated with the utmost respect. It is also in a relatively high crime area so it may be advisable to seek out other places to visit. Traditional Hawaiian culture is so rich in history and value and I would also highly recommend learning more about the history and culture, past and present. Glad you enjoyed our home. Just remember to be respectful of the land and its people. 🤙🏽

I agree that the Hawaiian Islands, all of them, should be treated with respect. Thank you for reminding everyone of that. Before travel, I always think it is a great idea to read up on the customs of the area you are going to and follow the local way of doing things.
