    super insightful, avoiding the all or nothing mentality is a little easier said than done for me. alot of the times when im off track, it turns into binging for days and then it throws off my training (i end up skipping lift days because the thought process becomes whats the point if i didnt stick to the diet). At the same time, its beneficial to have an all or nothing mentality because it keeps me in check (If I've been on my diet for 5/6 weeks consistently and have my lifts on point i find it alot harder to get off the diet/exercise consistency).. getting better at that point but its a double edge sword

    Thanks for sharing your feedback Kareem, I can certainly relate to what you're saying. When you have positive momentum it's easier to keep it going. But vice versa, when you have negative momentum it's easy to keep that going as well. Learning how to break out of a negative spiral and get back to making positive progress is one of the key things we really focus on helping people do. That's where most people struggle.
