I just wanted to give a heads up that I went browsing for some of the shades I showed in the video in stores and quite a few of them are d/c. I do pan to buy a bunch of the newer ones in the future to test and I’ll do an update on which ones work the best. I think I’m going to get the metallics line and test those first.

I'm so glad I helped!!! I do a lot of nail-art and stamping around this time of year as well. I have so many foliage stamping plates and things that I haven't used that I want to play with already (fall leaves and pumpkins) I hope you can find some of these polishes in the store!

Great video! I was surpised to see the red stamp so well! I have Set Sail but never used it as a stamping polish, so now I will. Hope your hubby is ok. TFS!

I was just as surprised that Set Sail stamped that well too (when I first tried it out a long time ago). I need to get more Insta-dri polishes to test. And hubby is lucky, he had 6 huge slabs of limestone crush his arm (could of been his head). Miraculously he didn't break his arm, but he has a huge gash and hole in his arm from the impact. At the ER they were shocked it didn't break.

Hi! This was super helpful, thanks! I have one InstaDry polish in a whitish nude shade and it chips SO easily. Do you tend to have that problem too? I am thinking maybe it was just that shade. I just wanna have the flexibility to wear these as regular polishes or stamping polishes.

I’m so glad it helped you. The Insta-Dri polishes chip quickly on me as well, that’s why I tend to use them as a stamping polish. A lot of times you just have to test them out to see if they stamp.

Question! I've used a few of these polishes (SH insta-dry) and despite working quickly, I found they dry a bit too fast for stamping. Do you have any tips? Am I doing something wrong?

Shelly Leah are the Sally Hansen Insta Dri polishes older or do they maybe need thinner? I find that happens to me when my stamping polishes need thinned out. Or maybe it’s your Stamper??

Shelly Leah hmm I wonder if maybe they changed the formula of a lot of the newer Sally Hansen Insta Dri polishes? A lot of the ones I used are their older formulas with the exception of Expresso and Set Sail.
