I'm 74, just closed my antiques and collectibles store after 10 years (previous 40 years in Silicon Valley/computer exec. and never knew what I was missing. )I just recently started watching cooking on you tube, never watched anything on you tube and one day I stumbled on your channel and have been hooked. I feel like I've missed so much and have a lot of catching up to do. I can see where my water coloring can come in to play. I teach water color and my students have mentioned Pintrist. It's next, I'm almost afraid. lol But you are my number one go to! I've saved all your links with notes. And I'm buying supplies today to make these. I love every one! Tell your mom she's great too! The heart one is one of my all time favorites. I didn't get it done cause I couldn't find the pieces. But I do plan on doing one.....love love love it. Two reasons..I love puzzles and have a ton and I've been collecting hearts since I was very little. I'll be 70 in Feb.

Katelyn your Puzzle Pieces Love Sign was one of the first videos I've watched related to Dollar Tree DIYs. I was mesmerized by how beautiful everything came out. You made it look so easy. After that video I've watched tons of DIYs videos but always recall yours and though I'm yet to make anything especially now that there are so many ideas in my head and I didn't really know if I should change my decor. Well yesterday I went out and bought a bunch of Dollar Tree stuff and bought paint and glue at Walmart. I want to try the Farmhouse Look and I wanted to make your Love Sign to use all year round. Lo and behold I came upon this video yesterday while searching for the original one, and I am so happy to see all your crafts together. You are so inspiring. I'm not very crafty but you made me excited about trying it out. Keep sharing with us. You are very gifted. Love, love everything you've shared thus far. I have to make the Windmill. I've been looking for the wind chime with no luck so I'm excited to see your idea to make it. I think I'm going to use one of the aluminum trays for the blades, I'll layer them to make them sturdy, see there it goes, ideas are flowing already. Thank you so much. Blessings!!!

I love the lock and key hearts just the way they are. Love the warm brown. I'm tired of all the grey and don't usually care for that color much anyway but I like your use of it bringing it in a warmer tone with distressing. The puzzle heart has to be my all time favorite. I'm a puzzle nut. There is always a puzzle on my dining room table. I have yet to do it but I WILL! My next favorite is the windmill. I'm gonna do that to. The third in the riser. I think you have my record for the ones I've gotta do and love. Some of the other ladies have ideas I like but you seem to do more of the favorites.

I love all of these projects. I'd be hard pressed to pick just one. I think the puzzle heart, the lock and key hearts and the windmill are my favorites, but I also love the bird too. I have always loved birds as well and I have a small collection going. I'll definitely add that to my collection. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas and talent. I'm so looking forward to what you have in store for 2020. As we do the remodel to our home, I can't wait to get some of these projects done to decorate my new digs.
