Honestly Catradora wasn't just enemies to lovers, it was childhood friends to enemies to more than friends to lovers, all neatly wrapped in slowburn. It's perfection from a dramatic point of view. As for Lumity... how can you not love their adorableness.

Catradora walked so Lumity could run. Both are are very well written with both sides having a lot of depth, but the latter streamlined and fine tuned everything great about the former, resulting in one of the greatest animated romances period.

No doubt about it. 😊😊😊😊😊 This is one of the reasons why I love Brynhildr in the Darkness (2014 Anime Series) and The Owl House (2020-2023 Cartoon Series) the most and FOREVER. 😁😁😁😁😁 I don't think there won't be another good series like these two series at all and that's fine. Heather and Alejandro of Total Drama❤🖤😈 From competitive cutthroat rivals to respecting lovers there is a strong development between them during TDWT-TDAS, by following the troope of haters to lovers regarding their complicated relantioship and the same can be applied to Ryan and Stephanie in TDRR, as they were love dovey as LOVERS in the first 6 episodes of the race then turning into hateful rivals as HATERS at each other throats by arguing bickering and going at it for 15 episodes (almost half the race episode 7-22) and becoming LOVERS again when they got eliminated in Darjeel With It episode 23.

This is my favorite trope. Seeing these characters start off not liking each other but they start to as the story processes makes it so interesting. I especially love it when it's slow-burn

She-Ra princess of power was such an amazing tv series I still remember the original but I didn't get to watch the ending and Amity and Luz's being enemies for the first two seasons was such a nice surprise those two make such a cute couple and Eda the owl lady and Rain Whispers they've been through so much happy that they got a happy ending

The thing about Fluttershy and Discord is that while it is true that their relationship went from enemies to something more, They were sadly never confirmed to be an official couple in the mlp canon, I mean it was hinted that they were but whether they are or not is entirely up to the viewer because speculation. Though most of people in the fandom think that they are.

Well the reason I pointed all of that out is because since they were never officially confirmed to be a couple, That means theoretically they shouldn't be on this list for that particular reason. I mean I'm glad that they were, But due to not being officially canon Fluttershy and Discord shouldn't be in the top 10 nope, They should've been an honorable mention. I don't mean to be all negative about it, I'm just stating a fact.

This show had the best use of color/combinations, great dialogue, natural chemistry between characters (the way that each character interacts with each other, not just the main ones), a truly powerful, cunning, and evil villain (with an incredible in-depth look at their motivations), an extensive well-conceived world and magic system, amazing soundtrack, along with the ability to touch our hearts, feed our souls, and give a safe space for all of us weirdos to come together as a community!!! ❤

And she has the makings of a villain. Therefore, everything that they say that Cindy loves him is nonsense and lies. She should have been killed in one of the episodes of season 3 for all the evil she caused. She should not live with impunity and enjoy all the benefits of the situation. Jimmy did the right thing by wanting to kill her, because it is not a fact that in the future she would realize her behavior. With her villainous inclinations, she will go much further and everything will get even worse, and by killing her, he would stop evil so that she would not go even further. And he always reminds her that she is a bastard and much worse than him. He's better off with Betty. Yes, she has no fighting skills, but she is the kindest person, which cannot be said about the others. All characters (except the main character and Betty) are assholes and don't love anyone but themselves

We all tapped our beds like Randy Orton waiting for an RKO supporting for these couples especially luz and amety

Maybe not "lovers" per se but there is some strong hinting with N and Uzi from Murder Drones. Due to the disassembly drones being tasked with killing all the other robots, N had to fight Uzi, and Uzi was the first worker drone to fight the space vampires. But he proved to be a really nice space vampire despite being forced to kill due to being reprogrammed to need to drink oil. Even when he realizes Uzi defeated him, he only tries to kill Uzi to protect his friend V. It's only after seeing Uzi broken from being left by her dad that he started to side with her. And for the rest of the series, we would see them protecting each other, emotionally supporting each other, getting excited about shindings together and generally just... hanging out together? Even if Uzi can be a total robo tsundere, their genuine bond is really cute to see.

I agree with the majority of these. However I’m disappointed Aya and Razor from Green Lantern The Animated Series did not even get an honorable mention.

9:04 I wouldn’t say Catra or Adora were devoted to their respective causes in the true personal sense as Adora, while being a most compassionate person, largely fought for the Rebellion out of a significantly indoctrinated sense of duty for whom she considered the ’good guys’ even though personally what she really wanted was to stay with Catra (which she eventually acts on by the final season) Catra in turn also wants to stay by her best friend’s side but her feelings of betrayal (which to be perfectly honest WAS Adora’s fault, however unintentional it was) fuelled her need to feel safe through power but she never actually believed in or cared about the Horde’s conquering of Etheria & in the end, realises it’s the last thing she wants.

Before starting, I know Lumity is gonna be number 1 and Catradora is high up, but what else is there? I forgot about Gwen and Kevin, I remember they were dating but I forgot Kevin was a bad guy in the original series.

Love She-ra and Love Owl House. Luz Amity wasn't the best example IMO. They're a great couple and a solid example of healthy relationship. They were not enemies very long and were barely enemies at that. Granted I think if Dana had more time this would have been explored more, and fleshed out more naturally. But thems the breaks with Disney sadly, you have to pace quickly in advance in preparation of the inevitable

amity and luz are NOT an example of the enemies to lovers trope, and the reason why is you need to BE ENEMIES for that to happen, luz was Never amity's enemy, amity was just very and justifiably angry with luz for helping willow cheat on her project at school and then getting her sent to principal bump's office, so yeah, they don't count.
