Bugs are a staple of any video game or piece of software. But for a game like Guild Wars 2 that is inherently a very complex game, has been around for a long time, and has a lot of content... bugs have definitely come and gone in a variety of different ways. And today, I want to talk about my top ten favorite bugs in the history of Guild Wars 2! Some of these are still in the game and some of these have been fixed!

I was hoping to see my personal favorite bug on this list and I wasn't let down especially since it's #1 on the list.
I think my favourite Bug was back in one of the Beta Weekends, where it was possible to jump while sitting or sleeping (maybe other animation worked to, though I can only remember those two). I remember talking with a dev about it, and they said that at least parts of the team also thought that it was really fun(ny) and would have liked it to stay but that it (probably) needs patching.

Ohh, you made me remember! That was really funny.
Trying to do a rollerbeetle race as a Long Human for the Achievement was fun, especially as my deranged Reaper looks an idiot at the best of times. Haven't laughed so hard since facing off against Joko in LWS4! Now if we could only get that with the bobble-head effect at the same time...
My favorite bug is the spinning spitters on dragon stand. Every now and then, when you're fighting the spitter (the big wurm) it will just spin like a ballerina doing a pirouette. It looks like it's rotating to target someone, but it just keeps rotating for whatever reason. Very silly.
imagine you jump on your skyscale and fly up and the flight endurance bar doesn't move a bit, that happened to me last year. i flew like a km straight up and explored the map a little longer before writing a ticket
Worst one for me, recently, has been doing too much burst damage in story instances... and blowing right past the scripted health trigger points of bosses, breaking the game, and having to start the story instance again... And not using Dragon Slash next time...
