The air shots are probably shot from a helicopter or a drone and the ground shots are shot from other cars placed after the red ones.

Dylan Sterio it doesn’t look to be private, I think they made a contract with the city hall and they payed some money to be allowed to close the intersection for filming. Also I think it was a big amount, since they also let those marks on the ground.

Anton H maybe but it’s very hard to make such good CGI, where all the shadows and reflections are perfectly on point with the outer world. So I’am not so sure about CGI 🤷‍♂️ even the tire smoke
