We should note that most of us in the comment section do not know the quran to its utmost perfection. The best reciter isnt just decided by what we hear. And also not everyone is the best. My opinion is that the best reciter should be the one who knows and can recite fluent on all qira ah and all irama. Thus my conclusion to be that experience beats voice.

Har kisi ka apna khubsurat andaz hai .Quran majeed ho aur tilawat kerney waley arbi hoon tou kya hi baat hai.👌👌👌
