Trix started as the balls. They are flavored Kix, which was just the ball without fruit flavors. The shaped Trix were created to cash in on the popularity of Runtz candy. They were great.

I like the old Ralston Purina Cookie Crisp they tasted way better it was a different and better recipe,the Cookie Crisp by General Mills now it doesn't taste the same like back then.

You left out Pac-Man cereal. That was the best.

This is way older than most of your picks, but I miss "Baron Von Redberry", a raspberry flavored cereal sold in the 1960s. There was also a blueberry flavored cereal called "Booberry" (with a ghost theme).

The had one called Madagascar (based on the animated movie) which was basically Golden Grahams + Cocoa Puffs + marshmallows. Apparently it was repackaged as Smores cereal, the exact same thing.

The turtles cereal did taste really good. It had a good balance of generic cereal to marshmallows. I faintly remember they included a small packet of green “ooze” syrup that you can add to the cereal.

Those ice cream cones were amazing! My mom bought them a time or two and they were delish. 🍦

My favorite cereal as a kid was Krispy Kritters. Even today I still crave that stuff. I even had the little golden book.

I never heard of any of these...

Most of this creals got discontinued because parents started complaing it was unhealthy and had too much sugar and not really good you know making kids obese etc well I say to that screw them when I was a kid I ate alot of sugary creals and well I'm not obese or overweight and I'm still in great shape and health and I still eat Sugary creals like Frosted Flakes creal so there.

I remember at some point between 2002 and 2004 there was a Winnie the Pooh cereal that was, of course, honey flavored. But not like honey nut Cheerios, like you can actually taste the honey. It was sooo good, and then it went away. That’s the one that I really, really, really want back from my childhood!

I wish I was kid growing up when these cereals existed. They sound nice

Dang, I remember a lot of these. Y’know, though, licenses cereals used the same cereal tropes, so you can probably mix cereals to get the tastes of some of these.

the period in "Bros." means that it's shortened, it's pronounced "Brothers". actually saying it like "Super Mario Bros" makes you sound like a mom desperately trying to catch on to millennial slang.

I just bought some two days ago. (I’m from Canada tho)

Watching this is making me want to go to the store for some milk and cereal. Lol

I remember Choco Donuts Crunch, and a store at the mall I go to has Reptar Crunch. I would love to try a few others on this list.

I know they're still around but I wish I could have Fruity Pebbles. Unfortunately I had a traumatic incident with them as a child and can't eat them anymore.

They changed the recipe in 1984. The original fruit flavors are long gone.

Anyone that has ever seen a movie scene or a commercial like the Nintendo Cereal one,ever wondered what would happen if the kids that had their heads turned into tv's had their tv heads smashed by a...uhhh..say...a sledge hammer??Would their head quickly tip forward to let out a pool of blood and brain/electronic matter unto the floor or would the tv aspects just fall off and reveal their heads to be ok??

I remember Moonstones. I could never get enough!

I totally remember Dino Pebbles and the TMNT cereal...and I would have loved to try the ice cream cone cereal and the Smores cereal.

Wait.... TMNT was based on the Nick series? No. Just no. I pitty the poor researcher that just goes with the easy answer.

Nickelodeon bought the rights to the cartoon adaptations in 2012 from Mirage Studios. The 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja cartoon was produced by Fred Wolf Films, Westinghouse Broadcasting and CBS. The cereal was based on the 1987 Fred Wolf TV series.

I remember the TMNT cereal! At one time, they came with an actual TMNT cereal bowl! I had ALL four of the TMNT bowls, which my youngest cousin LOVED to use when he visited me in the Twin Cities!

eternalypissed. Fred even pronounced it 'Dee-no-licious' in this very video, so youth isn't even a valid excuse for that Flintstones blasphemy.

Oh man, S'more's Crunch was the BEST cereal ever, I loved it. It ripped a hole in my heart once it disappeared of the shelves for good...oh well, at least we still got Golden Grahams.

Why are so many people unaware of the correct pronunciation of Dino? It's DEE-no when we're speaking of Fred's pet and DIE-no when we're speaking of dinosaurs, in general. Cripes. US show - US pronunciation.

I remember the TMNT cereal had a promo where you could win every TMNT toy every made. My brother ate so much of that stuff trying to win.

I loved ice cream cones, had the mail in watch! And I liked CP3Os

I don't think I've ever tasted a better cereal than Smurf Berry cereal. The aroma and taste were exceptional.

Never heard of some of these let alone ate any. One cereal I loved though was King Vitamin. Haven't seen that around in years.
