10.) Wrist rising with towel or strap
i did 3 sets 10 for each exercise at 60% of my max weight

Hi bro actually I stopped going to gym a year ago. But u can do these exercises on a pulley in the gym u dont need a table. For general strength I recommend pullups pushups hammer curls back rows and close grip bench press

Hey bro im trying but coresprts contracting everyone these days. My events were only $5-$7 but i dint get enuf support from community.. Im trying to do an event soon with usa and canada athletes and some girls aw matches too
