for me it was picking up a cutout album in the late 60s or early 70s for a buck, back in his rocksteady era. And it took 40 years from then for me to come to Christ and realize what a wonderful brother I have in this blessed man!

why oh why has it taken 30 years of my life to pass to found toots,i knew who he was but i was too mainstream with my reggae choices, only now as i am on a soul search and not looking for my soul but looking for that soul sound that i am finding all thsi music that has existed for so many years. Thanks to the album Marc Broussard put out last year Save Our Soul where he covered thsi song i always look for a cover of it, this is bad ass and so is mule version, let the music get down in your soul
