The scarlet king isn't the strongest scp, it's scp 3812 "the voice behind you" by how this scp works he's stronger than player and capable of wiping out all of REAL life, cus lore wise he can pass through all of reality (and that includes our world)

He maybe could make a deal with the Hanged King (since they both are mortals who ascended to godhood, even though Hanged King deserved and Asriel not) but he won’t be able to do much against anyone above the hanged king in power
