I've got the 6 piece set of those CTA filter wrenches. Cover a pretty good range of size, but they bend pretty easily if the goober before you cranked the filter on, otherwise great set.

That style of wrench is prone to bending or the spot welds will break. The problem isn't the wrench so much as the goobers in the world.

Astro makes the B.P. inflator for Snao on. Milton makes the new current inflator for the new Snap on inflator, which is now lifetime

I've got a question for you on the Lisle funnel kit 24780.... You seen anywhere to get the seals/o-rings seperatly?

  • @CoyleTools

Not for that kit, specifically. But there is a gasket kit for the 24610 kit. I don't know if they'd be interchangeable, though. I believe the 24610 kit is no longer current.

I have the set of the indexing pry bars. Nice I really like them but you can tell you don’t stand on one to lever it. I’m surprised SK is so expensive considering they just got out of bankruptcy and are starting up again. You would think they would try to get some word-of-mouth and get more tools out there with competitive pricing. TopDon is really trying to break into the auto market. They are always trying to improve their products. Great value for the money That Astro tire inflator is Very accurate. It pretty much is a blue point. I use that grease gun on my chain saws.

@@CoyleToolsyou’re very welcome. If I can help guys out with my opinions, and experiences. that’s terrific. For example those pry bars aren’t as strong or is durable as a standard one. I believe they do have their place. if I need total brute force I have pry bars I can do that if I need to lift an alternator out-of-the-way that’s in an awkward location, this is the perfect tool.

Since the Vise Grips were rebranded as Irwin, the quality has deteriorated. I have pairs of original Vise Grips that I've used for thirty years (made in DeWitt, Nebraska by Petersen Mfg. Co.) The quality and durability of these is unbelievable compared to the newer Asian-manufactured models.
