Wow, wow, wow. What a star and a gift. The fact that there is 12 thumbs downs on this video is proof that there really is evil in this world. God bless you Carla Harris!

Some people just have a god given ability to speak. She spoke for 30 minutes straight...off the top of her head...and every moment was magical.

I've binge-watched dozens of TED talks and other inspirational thoughts but for me, Clara takes it all. It was an outstanding speech from many viewpoints: greatly built-up story, amazing public speaking skills, the most hones talk about career development I ever heard (hard work is important, but yes we need to talk about relations as well!). Carla Harris deserves her success. I'm going to come back time to time and rewatch this. And on my way of ordering her book!

Something she said that resonated so much with my experience is how she made peace with her artistic side as a singer and a no nonsense analytical woman in wall street. Prior to 2020 I hid the fact that I have an insatiable passion for the arts, and love to paint and create content, despite my profession as a lawyer. Not any baby! By connecting those two aspects, opportunities I didn't know existed have come my way. Love you Carla.

Thank God for your voice. I literally prayed that I’d find a mentor today. I’m always on you tube and your Ted Talk popped up. Then I gave this a listen. I wish I had these tools before I sold my salon, however with these restructuring tools I see a grander vision. Thank you ❤

Hi everyone (who reads this), I was so lost at; "by the way, with no data attached,". Can you please tell me what that meant? Thanks a bunch. 😊

Hi, I know this is an old comment, but I'm just seeing this presentation and comments. I can't be sure, but I took her to mean that while data and evidence are crucial in many contexts, especially in business and decision-making, personal relationships and reputation can sometimes outweigh the need for data. So in the context she was speaking about, she was implying that personal endorsements or testimonials from trusted individuals can carry more weight than cold, hard data.
