Great video. Learned a little but this top and bottom dies will not give you a good finished part. You need to add deflection values so the line on the bend would need to be made a construction line and another line added from the tangent of the radius and approximately 2° over the actual bend to allow springback. Of course different materials will react differently and you will need to understand the springback factors for the material you work with. Also you would need some type of locating features. On this part I would have used the slots or you could create tabs to be removed later. Thanks!

Do you have a tutorial for adding slug retention? It would be great to have as wire EDM makes this task a pain. But, if it was built into the drawings, life would be easier. Thanks.
