Need to wait on it again from the library to finish it. But yeah, I realized I'm hard on myself. Little at a time. Floss on tooth. Lol gingivitis... Yes. 3x a week was my goal 4 years ago.. still forget. I didn't make it a system. I'm getting better with other things though. Thank youuu
