I guess in the explanation of the PPP his statement will make the intended / desired meaning. Tongues slide on normal days

I haven't had a good laugh in a while thanks to Mr.Mwakazi..eti Public Participation😂😂😆PPP means Public Private Partnership. A project is done to its completion but on loan terms however instead of the government paying on our behalf behind closed doors, we pay ourselves directly at the toll stations at a given percentage with certain terms for instance free maintenance and repair costs etc. When the loan is finished we get full ownership of the project and the toll stations are removed. Good analysis and insights by Mr.Mwakazi though. Great work Nabz for showcasing this East and Central African jewel.

Nice video, GTC is a mini Dubai and there is a mini mall and a view point at top of Tower One which is better than that of KICC, there is a claim of possibly seeing both Mt Kenya and Kilimanjaro from that point on clear day.

GTC is a premium complex comprising of several towers that houses a 5 star hotel, JW Marriot, at the back. The front tower is an office complex and the adjacent ones are residencial, shopping and recreational towers.

Here in Dubai the roads are not swept by people, roads are swept by the small vaccum trucks,they have a rotating broom and the vacuum which sucks the dust.

GTC is a mixed use development. It has residential, commercial and offices. Even has supermarket and restaurants and Mariot Hotel.

Difference is Kenya’s high way is in the middle of the city ours is literally surrounded by lake Victoria it has the nature vibe to it

Entebbe expressway is longer(51km).Nairobi expressway is 27km

Yeah, after filming this i read that Nairobi expressway is only 27km And yet being on the expressway in Kenya felt longer than when we drive on entebbe expressway. I wonder why

It’s a shame that the expressway got vandalized and destroyed in yesterday’s demonstrations 😢 As a Kenyan, I understand people are hungry and angry 😡 but destroying our infrastructure won’t make things better but instead only worsen the situation coz we’ll be taxed even more in order to repair these damages! Some Kenyans honestly don’t think at all!

Your guide again is clueless PPP means public, private, partnership the vehicles are charged based on size and distance there's no way small car would pay same as a bus or a truck. GTC means Global Trade Centre, next time you travel kindly get informed people.
