I think there are certain brands people just love to hate on. 😂 Too Faced is not the only brand to be repetitive or stick to a theme. I have a huge makeup collection and my fave palette lately is the Too Faced Cinnamon Pop Tarts palette. I’m a boring warm neutrals girl at heart. People in my life that aren’t makeup enthusiasts buy the Too Faced fall release palettes. I still see a market for it. That’s my two cents. 😉

i hear ya! urban decay has launched the 49473737373th naked palette and people complain about these cute palettes? the only one i’ve bought recently was the cinnamon bun one, the others just didn’t speak to me, but there’s a food themed palette for everyone nowadays

This new release has a lot of cool tones and is quite colorful

Back in the day, I adored the Chocolate Gold Bar palette. This one reminds me of that palette. I don’t know if I will buy this at full price, but I could see myself buying this one on sale. She’s a cute little palette, especially for one and done looks.

Agreed! The tins were more worth it imo! It was just more sturdy and high end feeling. Now we're paying a high end price for cardboard? Meh....😕 It's $73 Canadian and my jaw dropped

I agree! Years ago, the Chocolate Bar Gold Palette, in the tin packaging, was $50 and I thought THAT was high! So to justify the price, I'm STILL using it, even though it's expired! 😆

im in the uk and its £48, FAR too pricey for eyeshadow palettes. when i bought the merry makeup & snow globes palettes i was livid because the pigments were extremely weak! but thats why i bought them on sale for £19 each, because i was not keen on buying them full priced. so i waited for maple syrups palette to go on sale for £19, but luckily i like this one☺️

Too Faced is starting to influence me since they released those Pop Tarts palettes and now this one. On a separate note, I just wanted to say your work ethic is impeccable. You pump out so much content! I love it! ❤

They always have good Christmas sales where you can bundle for a greater value if you’re interested in this pallete. I’m on a low buy right now even though Too Faced was one of my favorite brands I don’t buy from them that much anymore. You’re looks are always so good. Beautiful!

I bought it for myself this Christmas. I got a good price on promotion at Sephora plus they threw in some great mini products. Like you, I few in love with the colour study and had to get the maple liquid lip colour too. ❤

I'm suckered for their holiday lipglosses they smell so good plus love how pigmented they are so festive if they come out will repurchase for sure the cookie and gingerbread and pumpkin so yummy smelling hopefully they come out with fruity pebbles or chocolate lip fragrance scents.😊I still like too face bar pallets and gingerbread one as well need to start letting it go because used it pretty good that some started to get hard pan.

This pancake pallette is so pretty.

If I didn’t already have similar colors from too faced I’d pick this up. I saw it at Target today and it was almost sold out. I usually pick up one or two things from their holiday drops, so I’m sure I’ll be shopping them this season.

I love Too Faced palettes! I actually love all their stuff. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten any bad products from Too Faced. I used my Peach palette today, and love love it. I love their Lip Injections, I’m never without it. I recently bought two of their Lip Injections Liners, and woo boy they definitely do sting, but I love them! I REALLY want that Pancake palette! It looks very versatile, and can make a lot of different looks from it. That blue shade looks like it could be used with so many looks. I probably would even pull that out to use that shade with other palette looks 😊 I LOVE that green look you did. (How many times can I say “look”) 😂

I’ve never tried Too Faced shadows, and honestly I haven’t heard much positive things. So I was really surprised when this one works so well for you. I like both of the looks, and I didn’t see you struggle with any of the shades. I always do eyes before skin so fall out don’t bother me. Too Faced is a brand that it's very popular to hate on. Plenty people don't have any issues with their formulas. Others hate them on sight... Some still dislike them despite a good performance on the eye. I find it weirdly difficult to get balanced and honest reviews on YT for the brand. I would advise anyone to check it in store if they can and try it. Too Faced definitely doesn't make shadows to swatch well but to work w brushes on the eye.

I completely agree. They’re easy to hate and misery loves company lol. Too Faced is very user-friendly and ‘pops of color’ ‘workplace friendly.’ This has a time and place and I never hate their releases, but I don’t pick all of them up.

I recently got this palette because the color story just spoke to me and I did not expect much from it but oh my do I love it. The formula just works extremely easily and wonderfully for me.

Some of the shimmers are a bit hard & dry, so I have to use my finger to apply which worked a bit better. Kinda pricey but I got it during their half off sale

Do you find that drier shadows don’t last as long on the eyes in general or is that an over generalization? Some shadows just do NOT last on my eyes throughout the day and I’m not sure why. The palette looks beautiful. ❤

When you first started your video, I thought that this color story is one of the hodgepodge colors stories. However, I love your looks 😁. Does it smell like pancakes or syrup?

I actually like the color story, but I will wait for a sale, pricing is a little steep considering I can get the new nomad palette for 49 dollars, but this is the first too faced palette that I have been interested in since the born this way the natural nudes palette.

The color story is nice, considering how redundant their holiday palette color stories are, not enough to make me wanna buy though. Also I already bought the ND I need a nude and the Nomad Cosmetics Ghost Town USA palette after a long no buy. 😅

Well. It’s pretty. But I think if I was going to spend money on a palette in the $50 range, I think I’d go for that new Eternal Love palette from dose of colors. But I still haven’t even bought the ABH Cosmos palette and I’ll be getting it in September. I think I’ll pass on maple syrup.

I can’t imagine putting so much money towards this when you can get the new ND. Too faced needs to lower their prices!

I saw Maple Syrup at Ulta and not interested it has zero smell and same old shades. I am glad I have my old scented tin packaged TF palettes. I hope Polite Society (Jerrod’s new brand) brings them back!

It's not an exact match or anything and lacks the latte and brown tones but this still really reminds me I Heart Revolution Tasty Coffee Palette. For some reason it is one of my favourite drugstore palettes, I really enjoy the color story. I guess they are duping Too Faced! 😂

definitely not a palette that swatches well! Is a dry formula for sure. They look good on the eyes, but may need a little extra work!
