Man do I miss going to the 500 every year. We flew down ‘05-2012, always sitting *this* far up and to the left of the press box. I miss those SuperStretch bleachers though. This video brings so many memories back…that wild 2007 finish, Dale Jr.’s flip. Hell, the debut of the CoT at the 500! The best races were by far put on by the Truck Series. Will never forget when Michael Waltrip won with half a spoiler. Also saw Joey Coulter fly into the catch fence.

From one angle i have seen, it looked like he had some fender damage from Ward Burton when he and Ron Hornaday is former driver tried to sneek by on the low side.

@@jackjohnson6372 because since Earnhardt died Hans devices became mandatory, SAFER wall was invented and safety overall did improved with each generation of car.
