The toucan crossing's lights was changing to red so I slowed down to stop. But one car did not wait for the lights to change to green so he just drove through it once the cyclist had just finished crossing.

Now that's dangerous driver! Cyclist or people can suddenly appear.
Pehaps it was blonde driver? :P
