A lot of this I learned through reading Tony Robbin's first book, "Unlimited Power." I bought that book in the 1980's and was the best $10 I ever spent.

I don't know if NLP actually works, but Tony Robbins knows how to take the boredom out it. Thanks for uploading this!

I learned nlp in the late 80’s and I use it all the time, it’s become a part of me and how I move through the world. A lot of the beginning techniques have evolved into more eloquent and elegant patterns.

I knew someone who was a huge fan of Tony Robbins methods and I can boil it down to extreme confidence. Tony is extremely confident for sure, the problem is people's insecurities are too complex and nuanced for Tony's quick and dirty mind tricks but they are good tips.
