Trust me I'm 26 born & raised in Jersey. 💯 Not all youngsters are into having chips on there shoulder & know how to party & enjoy themselves. House music is not dead it just traveled to Europe. & Has a heavy influenced out there in yeh UK today. But our generation me personally. We have to bring this flavor back home back to our roots 100%

this man is a genius on the wheels of steel used to listen to him mix back in the 80's and 90's on 98.7 kiss master mix fri/sat.and go to club zanzibar in nwk nj a true master @ work I remember being drenched in sweat from dancing to his mixes at zanzibar his skills was out of this hemisphere. I loved his incorporation of old school club and house music mixes what an ear for music.Man I get chills listening to him takes me back into time like I'm back there @club zanzibar I loved when he would fade the song and you'd hear the crowd singing along and bring it back wow.I got his autograph on a easter show on a program flyer from 1989 @ club zanzibar still got it dang miss those days @Zanzibar.

The lady @ 9:17 in the jean outfit is giving me so much life...looking fierce in that denim!! Do your thang mami! What a crowd this is. Looks like a fkn blast wish I could've been there. House music lives on!!

I don't think anyone plays the Jersey Sound better than DJ Tony Humphries! Terrific stuff! I always remember coming out of the subway in Jersey City and folks were playing that sound. That was in 2002/2003. So good that places seem to keep their sounds. Chicago - to some extent - still plays Chicago House.

The Architect Of Sound: This reminds me of Cosmos(The California DJ in Irvington NJ); also, Bogies from East Orange featuring DJ Kim. We used to ride from Queens and Brooklyn and bypass Manhattan Thursday thru Saturday starting back in '84. I loved to dress up, so I never went to Zans and only a few times at the garage; however, there is no doubt that I should have attended a Zanzibar party. Out of all the places in this country, Newark was the superior place to party and New York and Chicago were not even close. I would love to DJ next summer at this park for all those people who love Garage music and House combined.
