one time i spawned in by ash, went there with a snubnose, and found a guy looting 5 geared people. 1 minute in and i had an m2 with 2 full mags, mac 10, 5 mili meds, a duffle, and other op loot

the 15 health heal could be useful, and I have a good idea what to call it. since all the healing items in apoc 2 are medkits, the 20 healing items or below should be called, Sterile Bandage (20 health), Poultice (15 health), and med spray (10 health) (Like in Call of Duty mobile 2019-2022 if you know). It should be a good idea adding it to a zombie game as it should be more common than small medkits and easier to carry if they were to be added as it will consume only 2 slots in the bag and the Bandage would consume 2-3 slots. should be added? yes. will it be OP? Most definitely.
