I mean she's outside so she's going to have even worse problems hearing herself than an indoor venue. Her in ears may have been cutting out but mainly I think it's ignorant commenters who have no idea what the realities are like of performing live and expect the singer to be dead-on-exactly-like-their-recorded-tracks.

love seeing TA seen them 11 times, the perks of being from their hometown but since may last year then may this year they have been overseas alot kinda sucks for us in sydney but great for them

The difference between Hayley Williams and Jenna McDougall: Hayley Williams can sing like a fucking majestical unicorn even when she's dancing around and head banging. Jenna is also a great singer, but has trouble staying on key when she's dancing around.

Who says they care if they get compared to Paramore at all? That's like saying any male-fronted rock band with a high singer gets compared to Rush so they should change singers to someone that doesn't sing high.

And maybe Tonight Alive and Paramore differ in some aspects, but most Female Fronted Rock bands do compare to paramore. We need a female fronted band that 1. Doesn't Suck. 2. Doesn't use the same key as Paramore (they do). 3. Doesn't have a white girl. 4. Has something unique about them.

I'll agree with you if you're talking about the "All we know is falling" Paramore, if not, i'll take her before Hayley.

Have you ever been to a live concert? There is no effects on her voice, it's called being outside and the camera is picking up reflections in the sound.

I'm not saying that either. Christ. The four points I made were things that girl bands need to do so they aren't COMPARED to Paramore. Not that they should change. They can do whatever the fuck they'd like to. But people have the propensity to compare female fronted, white girl bands to Paramore. If they don't want to be compared, they should play good music, not use the same key, not have a white girl and have some unique characteristics IN GENERAL. It wasn't directed them to Tonight Alive.

Miley Cryus, Lady Gaga, Juliet Simms, The Girl from Tonight Alive, The Nearly Deads, Haley Wiliams. I suggest that if the female singer of a band doesn't want to get compared, they don't look similar. Plain and simple.

No one said it had anything to do with them changing anything? Self titled is a bad album because the music is bland, repetitive and uninspired. I never compare what an album is to what I want kind of music I want the band to make. I judge it for what it is, and that album is shit.

Except Tonight Alive has yet to release a shitty album unlike Paramore.
