Reminds me of my friend Olivia who died in a fire when she was fourteen. She died trying to save her sister (who unfortunately ended up passing a week later. she was nineteen). It's the only funeral I've ever been to and I never want to go to another one. It's been ten years since she passed. The pain does get easier but something like that stays with you for the rest of your life, especially when you're a teenager. It was the first time I experienced the death of somebody close to me, and that realization that anybody you know could go at any time is a really hard thing to accept and come to terms with. RIP Olivia (and to her sister as well). And my heart goes out to anyone who's lost someone. ❤️

One of my best friends just passed away. She was only 18. She loved this song and she made a beautiful cover to it. This is the first time hearing the original. It breaks my heart..

How could someone dislike this song? It's beautiful in every way- it represents the grief we go through loosing that close, child-hood friend. For anyone who's been in the situation of watching their friend be buried is so heart breaking. But you never quite accept the fact that they're gone. I'm very thankful to have all my childhood friends, but I have lost precious family. The best thing to do when you're down is to remember- they're in heaven- watching out for you

I was at the Bristol show on the 5th February and my Grandad died on the 2nd February and they sang this and I stood there with my three friends, tears silently slipping down my face and only one of them noticed and bothered to ask if I was okay. But Jenna saw. She saw and winked at me, gently smiling. And I smiled back. It made me feel a little better.

I was front row in sheffield when she sang this...... I actually cried right there, it reminded me so much of my gran, grandad and someone who was like a second grandad to me..... 3 it's a beautiful song.

I'm using this song song in a memorial for a great kid. His name was Gregory, Geddie those who knew him. He was truly an amazing person, just 16 years old when his life was taken in a drowning accident. RIP Geddie, you really were an angel :)

I heard this live on Sunday, the tears that were forming in Jenna's eyes were enough to make me snap. Before the song started she had said 'this song goes out to everyone who's ever lost someone close to them'. Unluckily, I had been deleting some photos on my camera before the song - to make room for some more pictures - and I came across a picture I had taken of my Granny when she was still healthy.
