I have quarterly but they have asked me to switch to monthly to accommodate their system

I have a quarterly sub also, but haven't heard that. Wonder why? It costs less for quarterly than monthly.
I ordered this right after I watched this video (only a couple of hours after you posted). Tonic took my order and charged my CC. Then two days late I received notification they refunded my money. No reason why. Has this ever happened to you?

I'm sorry to hear that. I have been refunded from Tonic before even after placing an order. I think their system might take a minute to realize items are out of stock, which can be aggravating for us as consumers. I don't work there so don't have more info, but I am sorry that happened with your order.

I'm a subscriber, and from what I understand, they make a certain amount to fulfill subscriptions. If for some reason one decides to skip a month, then they will take new orders for the kit. I have until the 30th to decide if I really want this one. As they start charging the subscribers on the first. So maybe there will be a few openings for this one if that's the case
too complicated for me.😊
