@@dawnmcknight3890 For the LOVE of money is the root of all kinds of evil. And some people, craving money, have wandered from the true faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows. 1 Timothy 6:10 . Your comment is very much true. But, is that the Holy Spirit speaking or you? If it's the latter, then it's good to ask the Holy Spirit to help us check our own hearts since he's the Helper right?! All to see the root of these thoughts/emotions we're thinking and feeling? I say this because God's word says: "How can I know all the sins lurking in my heart? Cleanse me from these hidden faults. Keep your servant from deliberate sins! Don’t let them control me. Then I will be free of guilt and innocent of great sin." Psalms 19:12‭-‬13 And the Word of God will NEVER contradict itself: "God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?" Numbers 23:19. This is not to condemn you or accuse you but to help you see things from a different perspective through the Word of God, but I also encourage you to test the spirit that's in me right now saying all these things and see if what I am saying is not bearing any good fruit. If it is bearing good fruit, God is so loving that it doesn't matter how many times we do wrong (externally e.g. Actions, words, conduct etc. Internally e.g. Heart posture etc.) he will forgive us 70 x 70 x 70 times : "If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth. But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. If we claim we have not sinned, we are calling God a liar and showing that his word has no place in our hearts." 1 John 1:8‭-‬10

@@dawnmcknight3890 in order for anyone to know if something is legit you have to check it based of the criteria that already exists e.g. Right qualifications for a job, right person to marry, soda or water etc. List is endless. The same is applied with testing people's spirits and their fruits WITH the word of God. Tip: To get accurate results when testing a spirit is to check ourselves first. If we can't find anything, STILL ask God to reveal what is in your heart that may cause you to misdiagnose a situation. If what you're thinking or feeling is correct, pray to God to help you pray for that person because it's not an easy thing to do for some people, hence why Jesus said 1. We are to love our enemies and 2. Our mouths are to only speak life, not death (words that destroy and don't build up, gossip, mocking, condemnation etc) God bless 🥰

The message about not being qualified because of your past experiences and or shortcoming means so much to me. I kept from singing for at church for a while after I had my 2nd daughter and I never went back to singing. It had been a couple of years. I remember the encouraging words that came from my Aunt one day after church. She said to me what she wish someone had said to her as a young woman. She told me to sing again and to never stop using the gift God gave me. It mean so much to me because I carried a lot of shame and I really just wanted to hide behind the scenes. She was basically saying that I'm still qualified and that I still have a lot to offer the world.

Wow, the explanation of the word for helper! I remember feeling sad and resentful when thinking about being created to help and feeling like it wasn't fair and that nothing else about my desires, etc. mattered but I tried to just accept it as His will. I actually love helping, but knowing that being a woman means much more than that and that we matter to God is life changing. ❤

I suggest my short and free essay on Deborah. Men and women are perfectly equal spiritually. She was a pastor, according to the scriptures. This is how the Judges are described in Chronicles, by God. A woman could only be given the authority by God to execute a man for his sin, if women are spiritually equal to men. A Judge could judge homicide cases according to Deuteronomy. Therefore Deborah, as a Judge, could execute a man for his sin.

Thank you ladies for this over powerful message because for so long, I believe that women has been stoned for just being. When we, as women, can truthfully begin to see the how much God truthfully love us beyond the eyes, lips, our outer image of who we and others believe that we are, it will then begin to transform our thoughts beyond what we imagine of ourselves. People have taken the mistake, first made in Genesis, and has tortured women for many years, with their laws and their rights and what they believe is appropriate and what is not, who women are and who they're not. When we all are made in the same and equal likeness and image of the one and only perfected. I'm still learning about His love and how to truly embrace it, so that I will grow with that love, to share it and it's true value.

God uses a word to described women that He used to describe Himself: Helper. This also reminded me of the Holy Spirit, He helps us and guides us in a manner we cannot help ourselves. This also changed my perspective at work because I am surrounded by men and most of the time, they really do not see the vision the way God has shown me and each time I make a presentation to them a light bulb goes off. I am happy to be a "helper" now because I understand the power behind the word. Thank you for this. Such a powerful conversation. Thank you Holy Spirit for leading me to watch this.

This was soooo refreshing and encouraging!! As a woman waiting for God to lead me into my calling, hearing you all so eloquently share about your individual paths to where you are now reminds me that we all start somewhere. Hearing the love, zest, wisdom, knowledge and understanding that you all have for the word of God is so amazing! I just watched in awe and admiration. The new perspective I have gained regarding the garden, femininity and Eve!😩You ladies are truly blessed and please continue walking in your callings. The body needs it! I have to rewatch because there were so many jewels dropped to catch it all in one sitting 🙏🏾🤗💕

Praise God! I feel like this meant for me to see at work. I often feel that it is hard to embrace my Biblical wiring as a woman. It is especially hard when you walk that road alone. As a woman from the African American community, we are not taught enough how to embrace our femininity and embrace being a woman. I often have dreams of just being a wife, mother, and author. And sometimes it weighs on me to wonder if I am chasing someone else's dream. Not sure but this is something that I needed to see because ministry can start in the home. God knew what He was doing when He created all of us women, according to His purpose.

When God says the harvest is ready and He scans the earth but sees the workers are few. If the men don't raise their hands to lead, will God accept the raised hands of women and children who whole heartedly volunteer to lead and do the work? Of course God will accept and let you work for Him. We were all created in His image. Real talk, thanks for sharing..

Look at God I've been questioning myself lately about women ministry since most people quote the bible and say the only office that was given to women is prophesy, and we can't be teachers of the word, evangelists and apostles. We are only allowed to be Sunday school teachers, but this engagement was an eye opener

A Judge could judge homicide cases according to Deuteronomy. Therefore Deborah, as a Judge, could execute a man for his sin. Complementarianism is a false doctrine that is in opposition to what God actually did. God appointed a woman as a Judge over Israel. There was no gender qualification to be a Judge, in the scriptures.

@Toni, I can totally relate to being uncomfortable with my femininity. I too grew up w/a terminally ill mother who passed when I was 11. I grew up with my father and brother and learned everything about life from them. There were times they shamed me for being emotional. Just yesterday I thought, I wonder how my mom would have handled life at my age, she never made it that far and growing up without that feminine gentleness has been a struggle for me to embrace in myself. God's grace is teaching me to soften up and not be "Ford Tough". Thank you for your transparency.
