As I remember this was the first (mini) show after HER health scare --- not just a one-time sick or hospitalization but a real 'doctors said I would never be able to record music and do a show' scare! This is one of a million things that make TONI the GREATEST.

u have to realise different audiences around the world are different. in Germany they are relatively reserved. Doesn't mean they're not fans..I'm sure her years of performing internationally she knows how different cultures/ audiences can be.

Also they are not english speaking as in its not their first language so if the asks them and doesnt get a response, it could always be a thing of just not understanding english well enough to communicate the way with her she could do with an American or British audience :)
