I apologize for leaving that out. To connect up the camera, you plug the power supply into the back of the camera and plug it into a wall outlet. Then you plug the USB cable into the back of the camera and plug the other end into a USB port on the computer.

Must the Camera be always conected or will it charge? Does it have to be connected with a wire to the computer for the control to rotate the computer or can you use it as bluetooth and still be able to control the camera with remote?

This works like a traditional USB webcam. You have to have it plugged into the computer to operate.

can you please make a video for how to go facebook live using this camera?

I can't figure out how to set it up on regular laptop not mac.

What software are you wanting to use it with or what are you wanting to do with it?

Hi Rick, It appears in the manual that I have to program the remote. Is that true or is it ready to use once the batteries are in?

It was paired already. I think they include the instructions in case it becomes unpaired.

are the camera and mic able to be set up through a tv or are they only bluetooth compatible thru a laptop?

The camera uses the same protocol as a standard webcam. If your TV supports web cams, this should work. Same with the bluetooth. If you have a web cam and a bluetooth speaker, headphones or earbuds (with microphone), you could connect them to your TV and see if they are supported. If they work, then this should work with it.

I'm not seeing it. I did check my KZread spam and didn't see it there either. Not sure what happened. I would try re-submitting it.

It's hard to say exactly how this would work in a specific building. This model has a 3X zoom. The Amazon product page also has an option for a 20X zoom model. That might give you more flexibility in placement of the camera. You could then program in different views like a choir and the main and secondary lecterns, etc... and switch to them with the remote. You can get the 20X model with or without the bluetooth speaker. If you are able to connect into the audio system of the church, that is likely to give you much better audio than the bluetooth speaker.
