@2:35 Hi, update after 1 month of doing above tongue exercise: 1. I can clearly feel my fluency of pronuncing words has improved by alot lot lot which I was facing problem childhood 2. I used to face difficulty in pronuncing R, alveolar T, alveolar D, dental T, dental D, L, N... on watching many videos regarding "how to pronunce above letters in Hindi", I concluded that I was actually misarticulating them. for example: to pronounce L, N, tongue should be near upper front teeth, but I used to place tongue on alveolar ridge, I didnt knew there was dental T, dental D also and I used to pronounce dental T, D as alveolar T, D which obviously totally changed my articulation 3. so I watched many videos on how to correctly pronounce these letters, and practiced pronuncing them correctly 4. above thing solved my misarticulation problem 5. then I felt I was not fluent enough (since I had been misarticulating letters since childhood), and my tongue felt heavy, it didnt move very fast, so i watched "Respected" Mohd Intzar "Sir" this video on tongue exercise and practised it 3 times a day, as of today, its been 1 month (I am very very grateful to you Sir, your videos has changed my life literally, now I feel so so confident while talking to anyone because I know they wont judge me now as I have no misarticulation now so it has given me much confident) 6. some tips from my side: a) follow above exercise, wear a watch, start a timer and do each exercise for 1 min, it will take 12 min to complete all exercise b) practice Rrrrrrrrrrrrrr, tring tring tring each for 3mins c) repeat above thrice a day if you really want to see improvements d) along with this, take a hindi book (download some poem hindi book because poem words are little difficult to pronounce) and read hindi book little loudly then usual, open mouth wide while reading, articulate each word very clearly and read in slow speed Last tip from my experience: I had tried many times to improve my speech, I always used to do tongue exercise but it never worked, I was still left with speech problem. later, somehow youtube recommended me articulation videos on how to pronounce T, D, N, L, R correctly, then only I came to know that I had misarticulation problem, I was not placing tongue in correct position, the problem was misarticulation, thats why tongue exercises alone never helped conclusion: first check whether you have misarticulation problem (most probably you will have misarticulation problem), if yes, then tongue exercises wont help first watch videos on how to pronounce each letter correctly (i followed channels like "speech katta for T, D", "sahil malik vlogs for R, L, N" and "Mohd Intzar" Sir for tongue exercises so first learn how to pronounce each and every letter of Hindi then your problem will be 95% solved now just do tongue exercise and read hindi bookm you will achieve that fluency and your life will literally change, you will feel so much confident Thank you for reading patiently
